Activia yoghurts are so light , they are very refreshing to eat , all the flavours you can get are so tasty , packagaing and sizing is perfect , they also are low on calories.

The consistency of the Jogurt is good and I like the taste. They are available in many more flavors. It is not too sweet. I prefer it during breakfast or in the evening instead of coffee, o treat myself with Jogurt. I would recommend it.
