These taste of these are amazing the packaging its nice aswell the freshness when u open it has a nice fruity aroma and grate value for money wood definitely recommend texture is wicked aswell

Activia has great flavor and you really are just having a delicious yogurt. I'm not sure honestly how much it improved my gut health because I only but it when I need it as far as fiber and those type of issues
