this product has an excellent taste and i would recommend it for any ages. it is healthy natural and low calorie. it is the perfect size for anything and has a very nice strawberry taste.

I getthese for my teenagers lunch box every week. She loves the Strawberries taste real. Nice thickness and creaminess of the yogurt. Helps her belly stay regular which is a huge plus

I'm not a huge yogurt fan, but I know the probiotics are great for you so I try to eat one every so often. The Activia Strawberry is usually my go-to flavor though I have tried others and they taste great too!

If you need to poop then this is it. On a bonus note, it also tastes pretty good. Like the strawberry yoplait yogurts. I don't eat these regularly because it makes your bowels so active

It is very small and I need them to make bigger containers but it is very good - my fav brand and type. It is not very healthy though but it tastes great!
