- 1 out of 5 stars review9/11/2026the person who delivered the tree didnt put it under the overhang but left it out in the pouring rain, when I got home the box was warped and soaking wet. I wanted to exchange the tree and customer service said I had to drag it back to the store myself after I purposly had it delivered straight to my house. They wouldnt offer a return unless I sent photos of the box and made their mistake so difficult that I went to try and take it back to the store myself and pulled my back out trying to get it into my car and have been on bed rest because of their mess having to miss work multiple days.
Tree came soaking wet!
