I am exremely picky when it comes to Christmas trees, I just could not bring myself to spend $700 or more on a tree. When I researched this one and read all of the reviews and stats I decided to give it a try. I honestly could not be happier, my son and I took it out of the box and the tree was up and lit in 5 minutes! I am kicking myself for going to long without purchasing this tree. There is one cord, thats it. If you are thinking of buying this, do it now before they are out of them! Unfortunately I made that mistake every year until now!

Bought this 11/20 to replace a 10 year old tree. Stored it properly (climate controlled, in the box it came in, inside the bag it came with) and there are lights out in the middle of the tree. Wanted to set it up on Thanksgiving but, with 4 contacts to Polygroup customer service, they are still giving me the runaround. Their solution was to send me a string of lights so that I can undo the PRELIT tree and add lights. I bought a prelit tree so that I can simply plug in each section and have a PRELIT tree, not so I can remove lights and try to restring them (or have a bunch of non-light bulbs on the tree). I have been in communication with them 4 times. Today was another 1/2 hour (frustrating) on the phone. No resolution yet. The tree is also not so easy to decorate. The heavier ornaments are challenging to place as the branches bend down but the branches also are somewhat stiff so push the ornaments into awkward positions. I (unfortunately) got one of these for my parents last year too. I hope they are having better luck with theirs!

This is a fantastic tree for the money. Super easy set up with very little fluffing required. We have never had an artificial tree before and this one looks so realistic that I kept thinking I should water it. If it had the option for colored lights it would be perfect!

The tree was very easy to put together, totally up in 5 minutes. Very nice looking, good shape. Not as full as expected but the ease and look make it a good purchase. Decorated it is really a mice looking tree.

So glad that I decided to purchase this tree. Looks absolutely real and has tons of lights for it's size and price. Limbs are strong enough to hold even the heaviest ornaments.

I was excited after I read the reviews on this tree so I took a chance and ordered. Set up is easy, lights are plentiful and branches look pretty realistic. Down side...it has a LOT of bare spots and you can’t “fluff” to hide them. Also at the bottom the shape is not realistic looking either. If you want a basic no fuss tree this is the one but if you wang a tree that resembles a real one I would keep looking.

So happy with this purchase! After looking at many different trees I settled on this one after reading all of the positive reviews. I added a tree collar to the base to cover the stand and have had multiple people ask me if it is a real tree! Highly recommend this as an alternative to a real tree.

I am an artificial tree skeptic and this was my first one. Gotta admit… it is stunning! Believe the hype of the reviews. It is incredibly easy to set up, no fluffing needed, and it looks very realistic. I added a pine scented oil diffuser and all of the Christmas magic is filling up my living room. I am thrilled! No watering or needles or bugs or haul away?? Consider me a convert!
