Quite thin. Perfect restaurant product. Long lasting and cooks either oven or stovetop well

It's thin, but it has a good flavor and the package I bought wasn't overly fatty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with this bacon. It is a great value. It is a big box for two people and you can see the quality thru the box window. (My cat loved the box when I set it a side to recycle . Now it is a cat playhouse) The bacon is the same quality from top to bottom. The taste is spot on and it cooks quickly and pretty. I separated it into over twenty breakfast meals and froze in plastic bag for me and my husband. So it comes out to about dollar a person per meal. This will be my go to from now on. Delicious! 10 out of 10! Thanks!
