The convenience of a quick dose of protein, the taste is not overly sweet which I like, it does have a slight aftertaste but nothing unbearable. Its not to thick but I recommend a quick shake before drinking. Overall not bad at all.

taste is honestly amazing it does actually taste like that one strawberry milk and it has so much protein. i will say the only off putting thing about it is the texture, it is a little bit gritty
