I wanted to like this but I could barely take a few sips. It was disgusting, it made me gag. The consistency was fine it was just the flavor. The onlv positive thing is it was easy to carry around but other than that I would not recommend.

Fantastic way to meet protein goals! This is tasty as well. It reminds me of grownup nesquick! It doesn't have a weird aftertaste either! These are great foe a boost before workouts or when you need a Lil pick me up.
