The firmness of these pillows is just right; supportive and not too stiff. This pillow is wonderful for back and side sleeping. The pillows have a cooling feel and help to prevent overheating and improve my overall comfort. The pillows are a great size and fit perfectly in standard pillowcases. The pillows fluff up nicely and hold their shape well. The shape retention is solid, bounce back after use, and do not go flat. I feel my sleep quality has improved. Overall, very comfortable and a great value for the price. Would purchase again.

Probably the best pillows I’ve ever purchased. I’m a side sleeper and finding that perfect firm yet soft balance is impossible. I usually have a stiff neck or headache after getting a new pillow…not this one! I’m going to buy more so I have them on standby as I can’t speak for their longevity yet. But if you’re a side sleeper, this pillow is a win.

I was very excited to get my order today in the mail. However, when I open the box, in it was two loose pillows. No packaging, no plastic around them. Just cardboard shreds on the pillow itself. Very strange and disappointing. I’m not sure if these have been used or not, but just the sheer fact that there was no plastic around. It makes me question who handled these.

Terrible quality, filling was all over the outside, lots of loose threads all around the seams/stitching. Site won’t allow me to upload photos
