These potatoes have dark spots under the skin. You have to cut dark spots out of the skin and when you do you find dark spots all in the potato. Half is waste and just not worth the trouble. I won't be buying again.

I tried these potatoes for the first time and although I didn’t mash them, I tossed in oil and roasted them, they were so tasty! Cut in half or thirds, 30 minutes at 400 and they were delicious - highly recommend!

Great side dish if parboiled in salted water, drain, toss in your favorite garlic & herb butter, then finish off by roasting in oven for crispy exterior and tender, creamy interior! 😋

I'm not a person that reviews potatoes, but we really didn't enjoy these. The skin was tough and impossible to get crisp and flesh was earthy ☹️ Wouldn't buy again
