No peeling needed. I've either thrown them into the crockpot whole or quartered them to sauté them on the stovetop. They cook up pretty quickly.

I like that I don’t have to cut big potatoes up into small pieces when I use these. They also taste great!

You can boil these whole or it is quick to cut in half and boil and you don't have to peel the skin.

Theses potatoes were excellent. Roasted them with olive oil salt pepper and Parmesan for st Patrick’s day party to serve with corned beef. Big hit

so good when boiled and with salt and pepper and lots of butter. Also if cooked in a stew they freeze really well.
