they are wonderful in the air fryer with a couple teaspoons of oil and a healthy amount of seasoning. these little potatoes are a staple in our house now. they are a perfect size when cut in half.

I was really impressed! These are great for creaming, but also really good cut and roasted or cut up for potato salad. They also lasted a really long time on the counter without sproutng or getting soft.

We use these instead of big potatoes. They don't have to be peeled and can be roasted, steamed, microwaved, or boiled. Easy to add them to soups or stews.

This was a good deal and tasted great; however you still must rinse them off even the bag states "prewashed". the bag that I purchased was very dusty and gritty.
