Good service

My side hustle requires me to be on the road a lot. In the snow storm I was shining and overtaking SUVs with my 2 wheel drive. I was confident to even drive in the unshaveled side roads

i brought these tires before in Pennsylvania a few years back, and honestly, they lasted a long time!! I have driven countless miles, and they definitely do the job! Quiet on the road, great in the rain. I am very well pleased with these tires. That's why I purchased them again and would continue to.

This was one of the best tire experiences I've ever had! 👍 The older gentleman who checked me in knew exactly what he was doing. I scheduled my appointment online and prepaid for everything. I got done checking in at 7:32, and my car was ready for pick up at 8:08, just over half an hour for 4 tires! I still can't believe how fast they were. I'm impressed!! 💯

These tires are great! Very quiet and I felt “grounded” the minute I started driving. We had heavy rain this week and no issue at all. My car handles beautifully. Definitely recommend them. The Walmart install on the other hand is such a pain. It's a 3 hour ordeal every time even with an appointment.

First of all, I'm not sure if this is a review of the tires or the Walmart service, but after changing the tires, the tire warning sign came up right away, so I had to go back and get the pressure checked again. This is usually a standard part of a tire rotation, but it wasn't. Also, the tires were making a loud noise when I was driving, so I'm going to have to go back for a second check again!! Such a waste of time..

Walmart had the lowest price for the tires the dealer recommended for my car. I got them installed and my car rides a lot smoother. Also, buying them online was cheaper than in store. Plus installation costs were cheaper than in stores when I scheduled online during purchase.

The tires were fine but the service department was terrible!! My appointment was scheduled for 4-5 I got there at 3:40 and got checked in… at no point do anyone say we're running behind it will take longer than your appointment time. At 4:45 I got a text that my car had just been pulled back for service… what? It's suppose to be done in 15 minutes! I go ask and they tell me they are short 3 techs and running behind… I plan my day very carefully… I asked why I wasn't told when I came in and was told it's a privacy issue… privacy? Telling me you're down techs and running behind is a privacy issue? Absolutely not! Poor lack of communication!

These tires were well worth the money. They have a nice and quiet but also smooth ride in our Chrysler 200. Had them for just over 4 weeks and these are the best tires I have purchased from Walmart. If anything changes with the tire I will try to update but I would buy them again.
