These are easy hashbrowns to make. We either throw them in a frying pan or in the air fryer. Either way, they always taste great. Have even put them on sandwiches or along side our eggs at breakfast. We always put them in smaller bags in the freezer for easier storage.

LOVE these hash brown patties! I have it almost every morning with my eggs. I love mcdonald's hash browns but this is way better. I've cooked them in the oven and pan fried and so good either way. I'm halfway through my bag, do not get rid of these!
