Only a 2-week turn around time. Was shipped out one day and I received it the next. Love this ring and I get so many compliments on it!

Was worried about delivery schedule based on a singular previous review. Was pleasantly surprised to receive the ring in pristine condition just over two and a half weeks earlier than the scheduled date! A little dissapointed that is was in jewelry box that was unhinged, but very satisfied!

The delivery date advertised does not match reality. I ordered this ring the first week of February with a clear promise of three business days. Weeks later, it was still “in progress.” Customer service admitted there was an issue with the vendor receiving the order. After waiting even longer, I canceled and reordered based on their guidance. Now I'm right back in the same situation — another missed delivery promise and another order stuck “in progress.” This has been a complete failure in order processing, communication, and accountability. I've spent weeks chasing updates and trying to recover my money for something that was never delivered. This level of service is unacceptable. Fix your vendor communication and fulfillment process.
