The shirt is a deep black, the letters are the off white. The stretch is just enough to be comfortable and not over do it. Even after washing there has been no shrinkage or fraying. It is long enough to fit my slender child and not have him feeling like hes wearing a sack.

He is generally in-between sizes so I did order the larger side and it is fitting as expected with a bit of extra room so I would say the shirts are true to size.
