The ring is beautiful, and I truly wanted to love it. Unfortunately, after only eight days of wearing it, one of the small side stones fell out. I was really disappointed because the design is lovely and I had hoped to keep it. Now I’m concerned that even if I exchange it, the same issue might happen again over time. On a separate note, my experience with the in-store Sam’s Club customer service was very disappointing. The associate handling returns was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist, she simply gave me the corporate phone number and told me to “deal with it.” It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
