The very first thing I noticed when using this toothpaste for the first time was that my gums weren’t bleeding as much. I continued to notice this throughout using this toothpaste. It did not have the best taste or get super foamy. It left a note so pleasant after taste, but in my opinion was a great toothpaste and would love to use again, especially if it gets a bit more of a minty taste.

This toothpaste is not harsh at all like other brands can be and it also helps with tons of things like gum damage, cavities, and gingivitis. It has a very subtle mint taste so it is not overwhelming at all. I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great product to add into their oral care routine!
