This toothpaste is a very good way of taking care of your mouth if you have sensitive gums, breath problems or just tooth issues in its self. It's very gentle and it tastes good too. I've used it in the past and it really helped me because I have very sensitive gums, and major tooth problems.. Dentists also recommend it as well. The first impression is how gentle it feels on the gum unlike most toothpaste brands. Also, the toothpaste helps to clean the teeth very well. I need toothpaste with the whitening effect so I use 2 different brands in between. I highly recommend parodontax toothpaste for those have gum sensitivity due to its gentleness.

It only takes a small amount to froth over all of your teeth for a clean smile with freshness that lasts. I wish the flavor was a bit mintier but that’s a personal preference.
