The mint flavor isn’t a painful kind that hurts your mouth when you breathe in. My teeth felt clean and breath felt fresh after. The only reason I took off a star is that fluoride level is .454% and sometimes fluoride trigger my perioral dermatitis. This has not yet, but something I am aware of.

I really enjoy how this toothpaste isn't too strong on the mint flavor, it doesn't get too foamy, and works to repair my gums. It is definitely my go-to now! Also, it has fluoride and seems to be very effective in stopping my gum bleeding, as well as keeping my breath fresh and teeth clean and cavity-free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you would expect a toothpaste to taste, this one is nice fresh and minty. It is not overly spicy, which is great. I have a couple of kids wearing braces in the house and as a result, they all have puffy swollen gums. After a few weeks of using, I wouldn’t say we’ve seen a huge change to the puffiness, but the redness has definitely reduced. Also, the tenderness has lessened. I’m sure with continued use, this will be an effective way to help these reactive gums. For far so good.

The first several times I used it, certain teeth and my gums/nerves were more sensitive and it only advertises for gum repair, not sensitivity which most people with gum/enamel issues do have.

The flavor wasn't too overpowering, and just enough for nice fresh breath! I can see and tell a difference already in the few weeks I have been using this!

This toothpaste has a pleasant mint flavor and texture that leaves my mouth and breath feeling fresh all day. More importantly I saw an improvement in my gum health only after a couple uses. I am using this toothpaste in the morning and evening and after only one week my gums are looking healthier and stopped bleeding! The toothpaste is very easy to use and well packaged. Just one easy squeeze is all you need. I will definitely switch to Parodontax products to ensure my oral hygiene is at its best.

I don’t have problems with teeth and gums but sometimes my gums bleed. I’ve been using this toothpaste couple of days and my gums never bleed these days. I like the scent, but taste and freshness is not outstanding. I think if you have problems with gums or plaque this is definitely worth of trying.
