This toothpaste is a very good way of taking care of your mouth if you have sensitive gums, breath problems or just tooth issues in its self. It's very gentle and it tastes good too. I've used it in the past and it really helped me because I have very sensitive gums, and major tooth problems.. Dentists also recommend it as well. My one request would be for a little stronger mint flavor. I don’t get that “cool” minty clean feel, which I miss from my “usual” paste.
