9 inches of extra material under each arm?

I have the cherry ad the blue gingham dressed. Soft, silky, with a quality liner. BUT... I gave 4 stars because I needed to take in NINE INCHES into a dart on each side of the dress. On both dresses. For the price, I just made the darts. Cute dresses.
