Waited for the release to happen, finally does and website went down for an hour and a half, got to play Press and Hold simulator for that time though 10/10 didnt get a pokemon box though so 1/5

At 10 central I put 2 of these in my cart. Upon trying to pay for cart it kept saying try again. This went on until 4:30 this morning and all of a sudden they disappeared out of the cart. What happened?

Do better Over and hour verifying not a bot after getting kicked out of the app showing 2 in the cart, then when I am able to log back in poof gone but I verified I wasn’t a bot at least 400 times

Online was terrible. Had in my cart and then went to purchase. Got completely logged out spent hour and a half trying to sign back in with them in my cart. Never could refresh.

Absolutely awful way of selling these, for the first hour you don’t put any anti-bot procedures in play, and than you auto log out people right before checkout, like how dumb is this corporation.

i am very disappointed i could not make a purchase last night. i stayed up to buy my pokemon card set and was logged out and wouldn't let you log in to make a purchase.

Can’t believe that a Corporation like this doesn’t have the means to deal with a high traffic of clients, waited for a while and upgraded to plus to buy this product and couldn’t get it because of a mediocre server.

What a terrible experience. Let my daughter stay up late she was super excited even though she had school today and your site completely crashed and ruined our evening.

The site crashed and logged me out of my account as soon as the drop happened. I wasn't able to get back into the app for the whole duration of the drop and wasted my time trying.

Logged on and got kick out right away at 10pm. I logged back in and got two in my cart. tried to pay but got kicked out again. I wasn't able to log back in afterwards. having a plus member is not worth it as it doesn't help.
