It is very hard to acquire anything Online through your app I was kicked out of the app. Had to try to get in a number of times. I still couldn’t get back in very disappointed.

Horrible website. Waited an hour and the server crashed. I wouldn’t recommend signing up for a membership just for Pokemon. It’s pure baiting at its finest.

Website drops are only worth it when the website and apps work. I had this item in my cart 14 different times but the website and app kept crashing. A waste of time and unfair to many people.

Well you put Pokémon box on site and it was a complete waste of time. Had one in my cart wouldn’t let me. Heck out and then threw me out of it. An hour and a half of wasted time, Do better Sams.

It would help if your site didn’t crash after I already had one of these in my cart. Tried to pay for over an hour. Got booted, logged back in and it’s no longer in my cart.

ive had my plus membership for over 10 years and never had a problem like today. thought it would be cool gift for my niece. this releaase was a waste of timd and super let down. never onlind again you made it to easy for scallpers

So sad was able to purchase this right at 8:03 pm for it only to get cancelled 15 mines later. Got my son hyped.. now my 5 year old thinks he’s getting this in the mail next week.
