Tried to buy this but the app and the website crashed and logged me out and haven’t been able to get back into my account for 12 hours

I spent two hours trying to get this for my grandson, this process sucks. I have been plus member for many years.

great product ive purchased from another store before hoping reviewing might let me add it to my wishlist

This community is horrible! I can't even log on the website and then when I can the product is gone! Crazy

When it became time to buy it kicked me off app and signed me out wouldn’t let me open or sign back in until after sale was over

not ok had this in my cart it logged me out and it still showed in cart got in and is gone this isn’t ok

Tried to pick one up last night and had it in my cart but it wouldn’t let me purchase it. Tried for an hour just for them to sell out.

Site crashes on release every single time why not set up a im not a robot authenticator to even try to buy this product?

have these drops in-club so its fair, not a bot free for all just to get logged off and not be able to sign back in.

05/26/26 drop for 10pm and was logged out and couldnt log in until 11:30 pm…. Missed out on drop. This sucked.
