This is a very tasty cheese. Not too much of the Honey and just the right amount of bite from the Habanero blends well with the Sharper Cheddar. Very well balanced flavors, it was a hit on the cheese board.

Buy it! This is easily one of the best cheeses I have purchased in my life. Brought it to a big family function and everyone loved it. I mean really loved it. I had to buy another wedge because my brother loved it so much he wanted to keep the rest. Seriously, at your next gathering put this out and I guarantee people will ask you about it. Soooo good!

i love this cheese. i am actually someone who dislikes most cheeses and it generally disgusts me to eat cheese by itself. that being said, i can eat this cheese off the block by itself! its delicious and the sweetness from the honey pairs well with the subtle spiciness of the habanero. very tasty cheese!
