Excellent cheese! The cheddar tastes great and the honey and habanero are great additions providing a little sweetness to offset the little bit of heat. Will definitely buy this again if I can find it.

This is a very tasty cheese. Not too much of the Honey and just the right amount of bite from the Habanero blends well with the Sharper Cheddar. Very well balanced flavors, it was a hit on the cheese board.

This flavor combination is very satisfying. It starts with a gentle sweetness that slowly builds into a tolerable spiciness. Taste great with fruit and crackers.

i love this cheese. i am actually someone who dislikes most cheeses and it generally disgusts me to eat cheese by itself. that being said, i can eat this cheese off the block by itself! its delicious and the sweetness from the honey pairs well with the subtle spiciness of the habanero. very tasty cheese!

I'm a local sourdough baker and added this as an inclusion for my bread and it was absolutely fantastic. Creamy no real spice but great flavor.

this is a wonderful cheese. it is crumbly with a sharp taste and some great heat. it is now one of my favorites
