Perfect ring with a great price! Ordered online, came in a nice leather box, and just as the picture shows. It was too big and we went into the club and the return and purchase of the new ring was seamless. So helpful and was completed within 20 minutes. 10/10 recommend the experience and quality of the ring compared to a jewelry store.

Ring is beautiful and we have the IGI certification provided by the manufacturer.

The ring is very nice unfortunately it does not give any IGI or GIA certification information so it’s hard to tell what you have. Also there is NO valid phone number to contact the supplier through Sam’s Club. Sam’s was not helpful with questions I had and the ring is not returnable or exchangeable which was extremely disappointing because I needed to exchange for a bigger size. So now just stuck with a ring that I can’t enjoy because I need a bigger size. I’m very disappointed. I cant get any help from Sam’s Club and the supplier doesn’t have a valid phone number.

3rd party vendor provides this ring. Igi report didn’t match the serial %23 on the diamond. Returned to Sam’s and ordered again. We will see when the 2nd one arrives. If it would have matched we would have kept it. Need a loop to be able to compare.
