Really have to jam the faucet in the toy to get it to pump water, I was ready to return it then figured out it wasn’t in all the way. , then it broke two weeks later. Buy the hand pump one, not this one. Ours is an outside toy now. The switch for the faucet is really touchy and if you turned it too much “on” it wouldn’t work. Almost like it has a short in the wires or something. Glad I didn’t pay much for it.

Use the GOOD batteries. Warm water works best. The pump seemed weak, but changed out the batteries three times before finally bringing out some energized ;) batteries. The warm water does make a difference in how well the pump works. my kid loves it. when I wash dishes, I break out this bad boy and bam, teaching moment scored!

This is a great toy and my son who is almost 2 LOVED IT! Unfortunately the first one we bought lasted 1 day and the second one only lasted 2 days before breaking. Both are being returned. I would gladly pay a bit more for this product if it actually worked.

We loved the concept thought i would give it a shot, we purchased 2, one started giving out within the first 40 minutes, it went to thank you mommy! To screaming and crying very quickly, i dont want my money back, i want this thing to work! Can you please just get this fixed!!! Dec 2018!

This is the best ever. My daughter loves playing in the sink and “washing” our dishes. I got tired of the not so clean cups and having to go back and clean everything again and getting water all over. I have alot of breakables also. So I decided to buy her her own sink and It works just like one. She was so excited. So when I wash dishes she washes dishes in her own little sink.

We were carful not to submerge the faucet part higher than the full here line- but it still stopped working right after one use. We could smack the thing several times and got it to work about 5 more times and then it quit altogether. The motor runs, but it doesn’t draw the water up. The reason I gave it two stars is that the kids still use the pieces that it came with. The blue bottom makes a good cleaning bucket for me too.

I got this for my kids 3rd birthday and he loves it. However the pump broke after a week and it has sit unused for months. Today I was reading through reviews to see if anyone could tell me how to fix it, and it seems not. HOWEVER! I got really angry because my kids were so sad about it, that I took the pump/faucet and smacked it really hard against the wall three times in an effort to make it work. It started making noises! I put it in the sink and it wasn’t pulling water, so I gave it one more hard whack against the wall and it’s working great. Happy kids. So try it! Smack it against something a few times and it may just work again for you. Enjoy!

My 19 month old son absolutely loves this play sink. It is the only thing I have found that keeps his attention for more than 5 minutes. He can play with it on the porch for hours. Unfortunately, after about 4 weeks the faucet no longer works. It sounds like it will not turn off but no water comes out.

I bought this today put brand new batteries did all the instructions and ran the thing for more than 20 minutes and nothing. It turned on but nothing came out. Went to return it and grabbed a brand new one. The second one I grabbed sucked as well. The pump was a little stronger but was struggling to get out. No water came out but I could tell the difference in the pump. I will be returning this toy again tomorrow. With this second one I put new batteries again, plus I grabbed different brand new batteries and tried it again and it still didn't work. Super disappointed cause my daughter loves the toy but it does not work at all.

Awesome toy! It just has a few issues. Here's what worked for me. When the pump runs but does not pull water make sure the faucet piece is snapped firmly into the pump. Also make sure you have good alkaline batteries in it... the rechargeable ones I used at first didn't pack enough power. It does eat up the batteries but I considered that a small price to pay for the joy and entertainment my 2 year old granddaughter got from it. It fit nicely on her highchair tray which helped control some of the water spillage. Also great outside on the deck.
