This toy literally lasted 3 days. The pump runs but it won’t push out water anymore. I’ve taken it apart. I’ve replaced batteries. I’ve done everything humanly possible. My 2 year old is seriously upset. Her aunt and uncle gave it to her early for Xmas and it’s made her so upset that the water won’t come out anymore. I wish someone would send us a replacement cause this literally keeps her busy for hours so I can clean. She feels like a big girl. I’ve read that this is a common issue! Fix it guys or send us new ones!

My daughter loved this sink so much while it lasted. I ended up buying 2 just because the first one stopped working but sure enough the second one did the same thing. Will be looking for something similar to this item but wont purchase this particular one again.

It’s a fun toy but the water stopped running after a few plays. Tried replacing batteries and it still didn’t work. The batteries are on the side so when the water is that the level it’s supposed to be they get wet since it reaches idk if that has anything to do with why it stopped working. It’s very poorly made.

Randomly stumbled upon this in the store a few months ago and it's awesome! Definitely the best gift ever for a toddler. My daughter is obsessed with it, and though she does require supervision and towels nearby to clean up her spills, it is definitely worth it to entertain her without having to waste tons of water at the normal sink where she would play for hours if she could. We are getting one for my niece's bday coming up and highly recommend it if you don't mind a little messy water play :)

First one we had wouldn’t work. I was lucky to stumble upon one at my local store and snatched it up. It also didn’t work. Out of frustration I read the instructions line by line until I came across the line alkaline batteries recommended. I grabbed some I had abs on it they said recommended for high drain toys. Upon putting them in, the pumps immediately worked. Just out of curiousity I tried them in the other one and it worked as well!!! Those of you having problems try alkaline batteries! My 16 month old has been playing with it nonstop- as has my 4, 6, and 8 year old!

This thing is awesome!! My 3 year old son is obsessed with the regular kitchen sink and was wasting soo much water, so I got this despite the many bad reviews. I am so glad I did! He has a blast with this thing and so does his 4 year old cousin! I will say the first time we tried it I too thought it didnt work!! But I added a little extra water and BAM it worked! There has to be enough water in it or it wont be able to suck it up and circulate it. Even if something were to break on it (which lets face it what toys dont break these days?), I would still want to buy another because it is a lot of fun for a little price. And My cats also get a kick out of it.

Bought 3 different sinks because my son loved playing with it and would stop working after 2-3 uses. I was able to take one back and exchange for another but that was the 3rd to stop and I wasnt wasting any more time and money! Might try the Little Tikes play sink

We bought this for my son's 2nd birthday. He loves water. He was obsessed with our kitchen sink but between wasting water, the danger of him having to stand on a chair, and the mess he would make, this was an awesome alternative. He could care less about the dishes, he just wants to play in the running water, drink out of the faucet, and stick his feet in it. Haha! My tip is to make sure you have full charge batteries and fill to the fill line. if the pump gets fully submerged, it will stop working. simply take it out, shake out excess water in pump and it will start working again. For $12, if was absolutely worth it!

fun toy. We got it because daughter kept wanting to be lifted up to regular sink to play with water. This is the best alternative. Faucet still works one month later. Faucet needs to be maintained regularly. instructions clearly say to remove faucet from water after playing; clean water out regularly, and check the batteries. I assume having tainted water recycle into the faucet could damage it. same goes for letting it sit in the water all the time. I initially had used batteries in the faucet, which would make the motor run, but no water coming out. I replaced with fresh batteries, and the water flows perfectly. I assume the motor needs a bit of boost to push water up from the blue basin up through the spout. The water then just recycles without the need to keep replenishing. The bad part is my daughter washes her hands in the sink and gets the water dirty. That's when you need to wash the blue basin out and replace with clean water. the faucet is not a filter. Daughter loves it.

Bought this for my daughter for christmas, first use was working fine but once turned off and tried to turn back on i have been having issues with it ever sense with every use. Faucet doesnt want to run water and ive actually had to hit it several times to work. And now it has officaly stopped working! Very upset right now and so is my daughter!
