This site is horrible. I have been a longtime customer when it comes to ordering cakes from Sam's. It was great when I could fill out my order in store and explain to the bakery staff exactly how I wanted my cake decorated. This site doesn't allow you to give specific instructions for how you want the cake personalized. I would like Primary Color Quins instead of Sprinkles, but it will not allow me to write that. It insists that although they do custom messages, they are unable to put that on my cake. Seeing that there is no space to write, after the names I wrote ( No Sprinkles Primary Color Quins). Making customers order online instead of in the store is redundant, especially when the site they are to place their order through is completely inadequate and does not meet the customers needs.
