HP 23.8" Full HD All-in-One Desktop, Intel Core i5-7200U Processor, 8GB Memory, 1TB Hard Drive, HD Webcam, Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, Windows 10 Home

This is a beautiful looking computer.  But after spent time set it up, I have found 2 major problem: 1) CD drive was very noisy and sometimes keeps open up by itself  and 2) very slow to start up and slow to response the command.

Love the computer so far except for all USB ports being located in the back of computer.

Why are ALL USB ports in the back?

This was one of those purchases where the price was so low I thought it was too good to be true, & I was right.  The computer is slower than molasses.  Opening Microsoft word to spell check this review the computer froze for a several seconds, which is typical.  Rebooting the computer does not help either.  Opening tabs in Chrome .. forget it … ssssssssslllllooooooooowwwwwwwww.  

Finally had to change out the keyboard and mouse that came with the computer too.  The keyboard could not keep up with my typing.

Bought an  ASUS All In One Computer for another family member one month before we purchased this HP that had the same exact specs.  Would recommend purchasing the ASUS before this HP.

Will be looking for a way to return this computer to Sam’s club, but will have to transfer all my data again. Bummer!

Love the look and the fact that is an all-in-one desktop.  It has all the features I was looking for.  It is NOT a touchscreen desktop, but after having one that was touchscreen that only worked for 2 days, never "touched" the screen.  I found the feature not to be useful.  This desktop has plenty of power, storage, RAM.  Love the fact that the keyboard and mouse are wireless.  Easy to set up.  And did I mention great looking and great screen
