The pillow was comfortable at first but after a few nights rest, I realized that it wouldn't work for my needs. It was simply too thin and wy neck had soreness at the top of my neck/ lower part of the back of my head. I really wanted it to work as I just purchased the matresss and have been very happy with that. But the pillow is simply too thin.

I've tried to stick with it, but after 7 months, it's clear is NOT for anyone who needs back support or slide sleeps. I wake up with pains and soreness I didn't have with my previous (non-purple) mattress that was over 7 years old. We didn't want to waste the $ we paid, so we've purchased a topper from a competitor which makes it more comfortable and supportive. Our purple mattress is now a very expensive "box spring".

Hi everyone. I was looking for a big upgrade in my sleep for awhile. I did piles of research, visited mattress stores. I came to this as my brother had recommended it after being a purple owner for over a year. This thing is beast mode for sleep. I find myself easily getting my 8 hours or more. It's almost dangerous as you can lay down for a momentary rest and it WILL turn into a nap. Don't wait and pick it up now! See ya in the dreamscape~

We have always had Sleep Number beds and tried to order another one and the customer service was so bad we cancelled. We thought we would try Purple and we love it. It's so much better than sleep Number as it seems to control temperature, support and you don't feel the other person moving. The only thing it doesn't do is keep my husband from snoring

I'm a back sleeper that sleeps hot but likes it cool. My partner is a hot sleeper as well. We ordered the classic purple mattress in queen and love it. It is super comfortable with just the right about of firmness yet the waffle conforms to the body and keeps me cool. No more throwing off the blanket! We also got the harmony pillows and that adds to the comfort and coolness. We actually ordered the queen but was sent the king. Their return/exchange team was very prompt in solving the issue and always responded very quickly and friendly. Needless to say, I recommend the purple to anyone willing to make the investment.

We love our mattress! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because after 2-3 years I (a 250lb side-sleeper) put a permanent dent in it and it became less comfortable. To Purple's credit, however, they sent me a new one for free! Hopefully this one will last longer.

I'm 33, male, side sleeper with bad sleeping habits (blue screen before bed, inconsistent sleep time, etc.) and constantly wake up during the night. This mattress has been incredible - it's firm but comfortable, cradling your pain points and joints so well when you sleep on your side. Highly recommend it.

I've been wanting a purple since I was in high school. Being in my mid twenties now and being able to afford it, has been a dream come true. It was way past my time to replace my mattress (had it for 20 years, gross I know) and I knew exactly which one I wanted. The ordering process was easy, bundling items along with the mattress made the package even better and now I have no more back problems! I love the unique cradle of the Purple mattress and how it doesn't make you hot, as I love sleeping cool. Thanks Purple for an amazing mattress!

We got the purple king mattress 2 and a half years ago. I needed a new mattress because I was having back problems and back pain, so we decided to do a lot of research and we ended up deciding on purple. It was great for the first year and a half. Now there are indentations where we sleep every night (and we're average sized adults) and if I lay on my back for a couple hours in the bed, then my back hurts. That is the reason I got this bed in the first place- to get rid of back pain. I believe that soon after we got our mattress they came out with a new one. I hope it's better and much longer lasting! If I knew this mattress would only last this long, I would have bought something else.

I waited a couple months before posting a review because I really wanted to give a true statement . The purple mattress has one fault: and I only call it a fault because I need to go to work in the morning. The fault is it is such a comfortable mattress that I don't want to get out of it in the morning. I could just lay in it all the time. Well worth the price. Thank you Purple Mattress People.
