I read the awesome reviews and wanted to love it. I weigh 115 pounds and my husband 180 pounds. I wanted this to be the end of my back pain. But I seem to wake up many mornings with back pain and have very restless nights. I wake up multiple times during the night - more than with my old mattress. I have given it 30+ days and have to give up. Sleeping on the floor gives me more pain-free mornings and I have decided to return this. My search for the ideal mattress continues.

We're full-time RV'ers, and let me tell you, those extra-short el cheapo RV mattresses earn their well-deserved reputation for misery. We replaced the short king with the Purple premium queen hybrid without needing any modification to the RV platform. The extra inches in length weren't noticeable or impactful, but the narrower width of the queen afforded us appreciably more navigation room AROUND the bed. My husband and I have a 150-lb. weight difference, which typically created mattress breakdown on his side, causing me to roll into the center of the bed. Additionally, he is a back-only sleeper who never moves, and I am an incessant position-changer all night long. To find a mattress suitable for both our comfort levels, that holds its shape and doesn't bounce around with my tossing and turning, that doesn't collapse or become indented on one side or the center is frankly kind of miraculous. I waited for about a year to write this review because I didn't have faith that Purple would solve our mattress issues, but I've rarely been happier to be proved wrong. Kudos. I should add that we love the bamboo sheets that actually stay cool and dry on warm nights--another near miracle. An unexpected bonus is that the sheets are indisputably non-slip, and trust me when I say that I challenge that feature. I'm also quite pleased with the mattress cover; it keeps the mattress spotless while also being totally silent (no crinkle noises).

The Purple Mattress is helping me sleep pain-free as possible. I'm not waking up unable to move my arms because of pressure for the first time in 6 years. For arthritic people, it's not easy to find something that lets you sleep nearly pain-free and not melt you from heat retention but the mattress does. I am so glad I found this company.

My husband and I had a tempurpedic and both of us suffered from back and hip pain during the night and when we woke up. Since getting the Purple Mattress we both sleep so much better. I wake up with no pain almost everyday and my husbands pain has diminished a lot but he has back problems, so it will likely never go away completely. I would and do recommend this bed to anyone and everyone. WWe love it and will eventually get the power base and pillows.

I am going to give you a brief history on why I chose this mattress. I was in an accident about 18 months ago. I had some back issues from the accident. I doing a ton of research to find a mattress that will work for me with my current issues. I found out was sleep deprive after the accident my back was hurting. The three things that I was looking for a mattress. 1 Comfort I was looking for a mattress to contour to my body with pinpoint accuracy all of the beds I try at the stores it didn't fit my needs. 2) Heat all of the mattress I tried was making me sweat like a pig because most of the mattress was made of memory foam plus I found out, later on, I had cold and heat issue from the accident. I would wake in the middle of the night very hot. I couldn't go back to sleep till my body cool off or I just stay up in till I fell asleep. During a work day, I wake up and didn't go back asleep until the next evening. 3) Price The recommendations from my back doctor and from my online research was to buy a mattress that would cost me between $3500 to $6000. I didn't have the money because of all my medical bills was putting me in the red. I thought it was a lost cause with the cost of buying a new mattress then I saw your commercial on youtube. I couldn't sleep that night so I watch the whole thing. When I saw the raw egg test and did my research on the material of the mattress. I knew I found I was looking for plus I try the bed for a 100 night I can't beat that offer. I was waiting so badly for my mattress to made and ship to me. When I finally got it I was smiling from ear to ear. The first night was tough getting used to sleeping for more than 5 hours. The second night was great I slept for 10 hours without no pain to my body. I had the matters for all most a month. I tell my friends and family the purple mattress is the ultimate mattress. They ask me why I tell them somebody took the time and the hard work to look at all the negative issues that every mattress have got rid all of them and made the ultimate mattress. My wife and I have had our king size mattress for about a month now and it has been fantastic! Never have to deal with getting too hot,not having enough room, or just being uncomfortable. Every morning I am able to wake up saying that I had a great nights sleep! We also got the mattress protector which honestly you can't even tell is there. Although we haven't had anything happen where the protector has been tested yet, it's nice to know our mattress will be safe when it happens! Thank you Purple!

For as long as I can remember I've had intermittent insomnia, and most nights -even when exhausted- it takes a long while to get myself to fall asleep. The Purple seemed to review well and I needed a new mattress anyway, so I gave it a shot. I'm about two months with it now, and I'm still consistently surprised when I wake up the next morning with no memory of when I fell asleep! It hasn't fixed the insomnia when it comes -probably nothing ever will- but I've had full nights' sleep for what feels like the first time in my life, and it's amazing how something so simple can make you feel so much better. Whether it has the same effect for you is an open question -obviously, do your research- but this one is so perfect for me it's kind of hard to believe. And it sleeps so cool!

I have never left a review for anything I bought before, but this mattress has made me change that. I cannot begin to explain how great this mattress is, best nights of sleep I've ever had! 10/10 will recommend and will definitely buy from Purple again

I love this mattress I get a good night's sleep I am a side sleeper and the way the mattress hugs my body is perfect with support and comfort. I did buy the sheet set and do not recommend it the navy faded after two washes and the sheets look old and washed out. The mattress I highly recommend.

We love the firmness and the way it forms to the heavy places on the body. I'm a side sleeper and it is really comfortable and cool. My wife is a back sleeper and she is extremely pleased. The included pillow is great for a back sleeper but not so good for a side sleeper. Overall we couldn't be happier we replaced our Sleep Number.
