I never leave a review until I've had a while with a product as to give the overall experience. I order my king purple mattress a little over 3 years ago. The first 2 years this mattress was Awesome! I have back problems and this tremendously helped out. I rotate the mattress as recommended every few months. I weigh about 215 lbs. And my wife is probably around 150 lbs. We both really were pleased with this Purple mattress. But I now (well for months now) notice the there is a "sinking in" that does not "bounce" somewhat back even after being gone for over week for work and a few weeks on vacation. It has developed the sinking in feeling that my last (far more expensive) memory foam bed from my local retailer. That bed atleast lasted 6 or 7 years before it really developed that sink-in feeling. This Purple mattress has developed it after 3 years which is very disappointing. Maybe this was just our experience. We will be gone for 3 weeks on vacation soon and I hope its form somewhat returns. So as far as the longevity of this mattress for our experience it hasnt been great and will probably go back to memory foam beds from a local retailer.

I've had the mattress for a couple of weeks now. I like the top layer & how it conforms to your body. I do wish the top later of memory foam was slightly softer. The mattress doesn't seem to absorb & retain excessive amounts of body heat, which is nice. I do which there were grab handles since the mattress is so heavy, but for how little it gets moved it doesn't really matter. I don't understand why it's not rolled the other direction so when it's opened it's not unrolled upside down. I'm 6'1" male, 190lbs, and sleep on my back.

I couldnt be happier with my Purple Bed! With having a really bad back, I tried soft matresses, firm matresses and foam toppers and always woke up unrested and aching and accepted at 27 years old that waking up stiff and in pain each morning was just theinevitable. From my first night sleeping on my purple bed, I knew that I made a great decision. Since then, I have not had even a single morning where I have woken up not rested and more importantly, with none of the back pain no matter if I sleep on my sides, back or stomach. If you are looking for a great matress, why not try it when its has such an awesome warranty and trial period...its a no brainer.

My wife and I decided to try out the Purple Mattress after doing a ton of research. I've had back problems for the past few years and our old mattress was making it worse and worse. The 1st 2 weeks were hit and miss with some nights being bliss and others being not so great. We stuck with it as many people had said to give it time to adjust to it. I'm happy we did. I can say with absolute certainty that this is the best mattress we've ever used. both of us are getting deeper sleep and waking up without pain every night. Absolutely recommended.

This mattress may be TOO good. I want to be on it all the time. I miss it during the day. It is so, so much better for my herniated discs than any fancy memory foam I spent my money on before. My back hasn't felt this good in years. Plus, I got my mattress very, very early on and it had a tiny, tiny defect in it (I would have kept it regardless, because the mattress is still THAT GOOD) and after a few quick emails back and forth with Purple, they easily determined that my mattress was under warranty (no rigorous tests, photos, inspections, etc.) and I received a brand new replacement just a few days later. I. LOVE. PURPLE. All I need is the PowerBase and my life will have reached its peak.

First impression was eh...After a few nights sleeping on the purple bed; it was much more comfortable. My body had to adjust because I feel like I don't sink in like my husband does. It contours to my body and I sleep much more peacefully. The bounce is great too!

We can not recommend this mattress enough!! I'm honestly frustrated that it took me so long to finally order it!! We have been talking about it for well over a year! I finally sprung for it for our birthday this year!! I was a bit nervous when I initially laid down as it felt so much more solid than anything I had ever slept on before. I was already set on the idea that I would be sleeping on a board and was half tempted to just sleep in the couch! Instead I sucked it up and slept on the new mattress the first night. The next morning I woke up amazed!! I hadn't felt that rested, restored, and full of life in about ten years!! I didn't have my usual creaks and soreness in the morning! I don't even remember sleeping that night as I may have been in a coma!! We have had our bed for almost a month now and I just cannot recommend it enough!!! I'm not just drinking the kool-aid, I'm bathing in it and handing it out like party favors!! I have recommended this bed to each and every single one of my family members, friends, work colleagues and aquantances! Buy it today- you won't be disappointed!!!

No matter how I sleep, I stay asleep through the night, I don't hardly notice my hubby moving in the bed and it's like laying on nothing but it's firm and supportive at the same time. Will never have another bed. And the sheets are fantastic too! The frame was easiest thing ever to assemble. We love everything about it.

Just like the title says...the BEST mattress I have ever slept on. I have back pain from injuries over the years, car wrecks, racecar wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, and besides those from doing stupid stuff to myself. Anything beyond 4-5 hours in bed and I was in pain. Needless to say I was not well rested. We replaced our mattress less than a year ago with a known name brand, could not stand it. We eagerly awaited the arrival of our Purple and have not been disappointed. From the first time I laid down on it...mind you it did feel different, I could really feel every part of me supported by the mattress.... I went to bed the first night with an aching back...woke up with NO back pain...NONE... I wanted to lay right back down in it. Now I can sit and read a book or watch TV in bed, couldn't do that before either. My wife loves to sit and read in bed, she loves the support too! Love it, Love it, Love it!!! Thank you Purple! My husband had a herniated disc in his back and our old mattress forced him to sleep on the sofa. Even my 115lb self would go numb sleeping on my side on our previous mattress. A firm, pillow top, top of the line, 3-year old spring mattress. We found the purple mattress online and were intrigued. I admit, I was worried it was gimmicky but the proof is in the pudding - my husband has been back in the bed and now that I think of it, isn't even snoring anymore either. He had the bright idea of downsizing from a King to a Queen and I can't complain _ _ except when he's on my side I used to be able to bounce our spring mattress to get him to roll over but with the purple that is no longer the case. I'm not complaining, he moves around a lot and I am no longer woken up by it. I had a promo code to get a seat pad too which I am sitting on as I type. I use it on a wood bench at work and it has been a life saver.
