We originally purchased and received our Purple in February last year. We loved it! Then in October we both noticed the honeymoon seemed to be over (oh no!). I had noticed my hip sinking down and my husband's hip was going numb again. We rotated the mattress and got some of that good Purple feel back. I decided to ask customer service about the issues we were having with the mattress. Fast forward a couple of pictures of water jugs sinking down in a bow shape later, BAM new mattress delivered to us. Completely amazing! No mattress company has ever been so straight forward. Our new Purple is a dream come true! It is unfortunate we had a defective mattress BUT Purple knocked it out of the park with owning up to the issue and replacing it. We are Purple for Life now!

I bought this mattress after spending 8 months in the sand box on deployment. I can't sleep on super soft mattresses so after trying all purple had to offer I picked the original. Now instead of waking up in the middle of the night I have to fight to get out of bed. I'm very happy with this purchase and would do it again best mattress I've ever had and definitely way better then 3 hots and a cot.

My husband loves this bed because it's supportive. I think the floor would give me a better night sleep. This mattress is so firm, I don't move at all at night therefore I wake up with parts of my body numb. I took a nap on my old sleep number which is now my son's bed and had the best sleep! When we had the sleep number, my number was 35 and my husband was 75 to give you an idea of how different we like the bed. If I lay on my side, my arm goes numb so it makes it hard to move. Laying on my back causes my upper back to be numb. Definitely need a good pillow with this bed as your head will be at a lower angle than your used to. I discovered the shorter amount of time spent in bed the better. By lounging late, the worst I felt. I would not recommend this bed for someone who likes to sleep in all positions.

The pillow itself is great. No more flipping. I found the blow up pillow that was included to be total garbage. It kept moving around under the pillow and causing more problems than it was worth. The purple pillow is great but it needs to be at least 50% thicker and get rid of the blow up. I would like to have had a choice of a thicker version. This is a great idea, but it needs some improvement to be perfect. I am sure I am not the only one that is saying this. I would but another one if you make a thicker version. Great start, and if you make a thicker version, I will give you 5 stars.

This mattress is too good to be true! My wife and I have never slept better, or more comfortably. As promised, it gives perfect support no matter what position you sleep in, and for the first time in over a year we are waking up totally refreshed and with no aches or cricks. We are so excited about this mattress that we have been telling everyone we know about it! Thank you, Purple team!!

I've had the mattress for a month. When I first laid on it I began to have second thoughts. I like my mattress firm and it cripples me the next day to sleep on a soft bed. My initial skeptacicim was quickly put to rest after my first nights sleep. Thanks for creating such a cool bed. I would reccomend Purple to anyone needing better sleep.

This mattress was always too firm for us. We did everything they suggested we do- we walked on it, used it for a month, tried sleeping in different positions, but in the end never were very happy with it. What we were GENUINELY happy with was the truly 100% money-back, hassle-free return. They were awesome about it when we asked to return it.

Best mattress yet. It is a bit more expensive than other out of the box matresses, but personally find it worth it. It's supportive in a firm way, not the kind that contours your body like typical memory foam which im not too keen on.And top notch customer sevice. Hope they keep up the good work

Me and my partner both agree that this provides revolutionary comfort and sleep. There is no way you can get this sort of adapting technology with memory foam. The lattice is absolutely genius. Was skeptical at first, and was worried about the "water bed" feeling that some mention, but immediately I realized it feels like any other bed but WOW is it comfortable.

Bought this for our son who has been sleeping on a yucky hospital bed for the last 6 years. We bought the twin xl to fit on his frame, and he sleeps so much better now and wakes up more refreshed than ever. I actually would not mind one for my husband and I! Customer service is amazing!
