I've had my purple mattress now for around 2 years. Its still as comfortable as the day I recieved it. I would love to tell about how great the customer service is at purple but the truth is, I've never had a reason to call them. My wife and I are bigger people and the mattress has held up great. I highly recomend Purple to anyone reading this. Mark H.

I've had to sleep on a Tempurpedic Mattress for 25 odd years due to a back injury in High School. Even then, there are times I can't get out of bed without assistance. The Purple I bought is very similar to Viscoelastic Foam except the heat retention common to Tempurpedic. That said, after ~6 weeks of sleeping on it I can't say honestly that it's superior to Tempurpedic but it's also not inferior.

It is an amazing mattress I have been looking for a very long time for the perfect nights sleep what an amazing technology you have developed. The only thing I have to say bad is the day after I bought the mattress I saw the add for the free pillow And I guess I missed it. Bummer

My husband and I previously slept on a TempurPedic bed and the Purple far exceeded our expectations! We were both waking up with aches and pains from our 10 year-old TP and decided it was time to get a new bed. It took a couple nights to get used to Purple, but we are delighted we took a chance and changed brands!! (It really does sleep cooler, as well.) Thanks Purple!

I purchased a King-sized mattress from Purple several weeks ago and I have to say that this is the best mattress I've ever purchased. I've purchased quite a few, including box-spring and foam mattresses, and I have to say that the mattress is made firm enough for a guy like me (5'8", 250 lbs) not to sink like a stone. Despite having sleep apnea, my sleep has improved with this mattress. I'd recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I love the bed. The purchase process was ok. I ordered a queen mattress and bought the platform. We were sent a king mattress with a queen platform. We contacted customer service and they sent us out a queen mattress pretty quickly. The first person we spoke to offered to have the king mattress picked up when we received the queen. When it arrived I called and the second lady asked us to donate or throw it away. We were then stuck with this big heavy mattress to deal with. We were able to donate it, but loading it and carrying it unrolled was a nightmare.

If you are hesitant about buying the bed I can tell you that you can not go wrong. I was sleeping on a bed with horrible support and as a person who is in need of a spinal adjustment I can tell you this bed can only help. It hurt my back for about the first 30 days (the other bed did anyways) but after that it is amazing. I just needed time to adjust to a bed with actual support. 10/10 product.

So in love with my Purple Mattress! I am a side sleeper with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and generally have a lot of difficulty trying to sleep. On my old mattress I would had ever to turn and switch sides about every 1 1/2 hours due to the severe pain I would get in my shoulder or hip from lying on my side. Now with my Purple Mattress i no longer get those pains, and am able to sleep on my side all night! I can actually sleep for a few hours at a time now before I have to get up for the bathroom lol!

Worst mattress I've slept on. I'm 5'7" tall, weigh 165. The top of my body sunk further than the lower creating a very unnatural feeling while trying to sleep. Felt like my butt was in the air and all the blood was rushing to my head. For people who have terrible mattresses to begin with may find it okay but for those who've experienced quality please don't waster your time trying it. I will say, the company responded promptly to my request to return and had it picked up in a timely manner.

Hello- after much research we chose the Purple mattress. It's been only 6 months, and the mattress has dents, which I photographed and emailed. You sent us another mattress, and we also ordered the purple base to go with it. I think the mattress is too heavy for wooden slats, which we currently have. The base is set to arrive today. I hope this will make the new mattress better. My husband weights 180 lbs and I weigh 117 lbs, so our weight should not be an issue.
