I love this mattress. I have a very bad back, but the minute I got into bed on my first night I could feel the support, and I woke up in the morning pain free. I am sleeping more deeply than ever, and I don't toss and turn anymore! I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles to sleep at night. Make sure to get the pillow and sheets too!!

Terrible. I thought it was the new mattress or possible a new "magical" style of sleep which I was not accustomed to. I was wrong, it was too soft. I gave it 252 days with evidently is far more than what Purple consider a reasonable time to Stand-By-Their-Product. Whether it be Purple.com, EdiZONE, LLC, or Global Partner Acquisition Group that owns this product and process, I must give them a poor rating. The mattress is too soft and my *** sinks in causing terrible lower back pain. I tried per their recommendation to use this mattress for 100 days and then some. Often times I would sleep on my couch thinking this is just something I have to work out...after all, it takes 100 days to learn. I eventually figured out how to sleep properly on my side and my side alone. After trying their sheets, their pillows and various other products I have given up and politely shared my story with them. There answer is: they do not stand behind their product beyond 100 days. That is not very encouraging. My only advice is this...don't waste any time or confuse the slightest bit of back pain when trying this product. If it hurts...send it back right away!

We bought the Purple Mattress just shy of 30 days ago. It came quickly to our home and was easy to unpackage and get set up on our bed. We are still unsure if we will keep this mattress. We are continuing to wake up sore and stiff. I will say, the technology does keep us nice and cool, but I find the little rubber squares kind of irritating to feel under the sheets. I'm thinking we will return- not really any technical problems with this mattress but feel like there is a better fit for us out there.

When the mattress arrived, it was replacing my previous awful mattress pad thing. It took a little over a week to get used to and in that time, it felt firmer than I would like. Now that I've slept on it for a while, I find most nights to be very restful and relaxing. The Purple Mattress feels very sturdy and durable, and others agree that it's an excellent sleeping experience! I already have and will continue to recommend it to friends and family.

My wife and I were both waking up hurting, she has chronic back pain and was hurting to the point it was tough getting out of bed. Not to mention waking up sweating. We ordered the queen size purple about a month ago and have slept better, wake up with little to no pain, and no longer sweat while sleeping. We loved it so much we pre-ordered the pillows and can't wait for them to arrive. Thanks purple your beds are absolutely amazing!!!

I had a terrible/cheap mattress. At first, this was really great. I have had to sleep on my left side because of apnea symptoms, and the mattress seemed very good in that position in the beginning. But over time, I seem to get a bit uncomfortable/sore on my left side and tend to roll to my back while sleeping. It's really comfortable on my back, but that is when the apnea issues occur. I sleep alone on this mattress, and weigh about 185. The original mattress might be just a bit too firm for me. I'll continue working with it and hopefully I'll figure out how to make it work perfectly.

By myself it's the best mattress I've ever slept on. But the problem comes when my girlfriend stays the night the mattress creates like this V so we kind of slide towards each other, I'm guess because of our total combined weight. (Neither one of us are real skinny)

As a 30 year old Had bad back problems because, but this and working out my back at the gym it definitely helped healed it back up and with better posture Would consider upgrading and actually a repeat customer. Shipping: the bed and the frame came separately, but that's ok due to Covid

I purchased my 1st generation Purple about two years. Right out of the package I felt instant relief. My first night was extremely comfortable. I convinced two others to buy a Purple. Both individuals are grateful. After about 18 months my back was starting to hurt again. I noticed that my Purple did not have the same feel. I compared it to the center of the bed and the other side. The center felt like it did when I first slept on it. The other side was showing signs of wear. I contact Purple about the problem. They asked me to send them ohotos of the mattress with items of the same weight lined up across the bed. That actually showed how bad the mattress had broken down. The Purple team had my new mattress out to me within a week. I understand that not everything is perfect from any production. I expect this replacement will last me a long time.

I read up on Purple for over a year before buying. The more reviews and articles I read made me want it more. I finally ordered one, and it is the best! My back issues are gone. I sleep all through the night. The cool factor of it is great! I sweat on other matresses, but Purple keeps me cool. LOVE IT! Going to order a pillow soon too!
