My experience with Purple products have been a mixed bag. First I bought the purple mattress (standard type) and I love it. It really does provide a great sleeping experience. My free gift was the old original pillow. What a joke that thing was. Weighs a ton, non-adjustable and as so many folks mentioned, there was tons of crazy white powder that no mater how many times I washed it thoroughly it still keep coming. I don't care that Purple states it not a health risk. That's what the folk at Johnson & Johnson said about baby powder! No way I am sleeping on something like that. I also purchased the sheets. They showed up with holes that continued to get worse the more as I used them. Called purple and they sent me a new pair " no issues" . The second sheets did not have holes to start but now are starting to get the weird random holes again. Oh well....time for different brand of sheets. I have also purchased the second generation of pillow (the one that un-zips on the sides). These were not even on my bed for a week. Nothing more pleasant that waking up with zipper marks in your face or neck. My advice would be to buy your mattress with Purple...(they are great) and pass on everything else.

I love this mattress. Although it's only been about a month since I have been sleeping on it, it has helped sleep much more deeper. I don't wake up with back pain. I was in an accident in 2009 and it did a number on my back, neck and shoulders. I wake up without the aches. But my truly favorite part is that I haven't heard my husband snore since he started sleeping on this mattress. I love this mattress for this reason so much more. It's worth it. You won't regret it. Get one!

Our spare bed has this mattress. It is comfy but the top layer of fabric is very thin and tears easily. One jump by the dog tore a few spots and she has small nails. Not a durable fabric. Waiting on a response from the Purple Team to see if this is covered under warranty since mattress is brand new.

I bought a Purple for my son in November 2020. I really liked it! It was very comfortable. My daughter needed a bed so I bought a Casper because it was ranked higher in Consumer Reports but it was smaller than the Purple and was mattress was sinking in. I returned it and bought a second Purple, which I'm very happy with.

I believe maybe I should have done more research into the mattress before purchasing. Not comfortable AT ALL WHATSOEVER for the money I'm paying. Waited a few months to see if mattress broke in and felt better but NOT AT ALL, a very hard mattress. At this time it was too late to exchange. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointed in this purchase, I had very high hopes this mattress would be great especially for the price. I do not * recommend.

I like the mattress and I would purchase it again. Coming from a standard mattress and box springs, I really like not feeling every movement made throughout the night by my husband and cat. It is noticeably cooler and very comfortable. It meets my requirement for a firm mattress without being too firm. I was very pleased at the order/delivery process (specifically at not having to make arrangements for delivery and set-up). The mattress is everything advertised and I am a happy consumer. That said, it's a bed, and I've only been sleeping on it about a month. It hasn't made my world a better place and I'm skeptical of the egg demonstration. But I like enthusiasm, so the ads were okay. Bottom line: If it holds up for the long haul as advertised, I will definitely raise my review to 5 stars.

Outstanding product! Looked at a number of your competitors and went with Purple for a variety of reasons, replacing a top of the line Mattress Factory product with it. The very first night on the mattress and my lower back pain disappeared completely. We've had the mattress now 4 weeks and every night it is the same; a very good night's sleep with no back pain in the morning. To be clear, that result is a very big deal for me as I've dealt with poor sleep and back pain for years now with no solution. I loath traveling at this point because every night spent in a hotel (and I stay at very nice hotels) I return to tossing, turning and and waking up with back pain. Great product, well done. BTW, we bought the Purple cushion as well and it is a lifesaver at high school sporting events.

My opinion is: Absolute mistake buying this. We purchased the king purple mattress in July 2017. It is AWFUL. There are indents where each of us sleep. I am 5'5 130 pounds my partner is 5'5 150 pounds. I wrote the company to complain. I was told to do all sorts of things and take pictures. I need to do all of this because I was sold a faulty product? Someone needs to come here and get this awful thing. I can't sleep and wake up in pain.

My husband and I have needed a new mattress for a while and although I sell furniture/mattress, we both have different takes on what type of mattress we wanted. So, I did some research and we talked it over and made our decision on the purple mattress. It's amazing! I love the amount of support it gives. We both love it and couldnt be happier with the decision we made.

I'm in my early 20's and a college student, I moved and didn't have a mattress so I decided to purchase one. I wanted a good quality one that I could have for a long time. This is the perfect mattress and I love going to bed after a long day with my dog on it(with the protector of course).
