I ordered my Purple mattress as a replacement for a casper I lost to an ex. I really slept well on the old mattress but seem to sleep even better on the Purple. I can feel the grid allowing more airflow under me as I sleep and the support is just what my back seems to like. I also ordered the Purple sheets and have really been enjoying how they feel and stretch, better than any sheets I've had before. Purple seems to make great products all around.

It is amazing for pressure relief! I have always had traditional innerspring mattresses and like a medium feel(5). The Original Purple(the first teir) is more of a medium-firm (6.5). I wish it had more comfort layer, maybe 2.5 -3 inches. I thought about exchanging for the 3 inch innerspring inorder to get a more medium feel, but the price difference is too much.

I suffer from Fibromialgia, a muscle disease & chronic joint pain & this Purple mattress is a wonder for me. It totally gives you support, but it helps eliminate my pressure points. I am sleeping so well & I would recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for a quality mattress. I Love how this company does it's business. They turn out an Awesome product, Great service & even save the customer money in the process!!! What's not to Love? 2 Thumbs up!!!

I prefer a firm mattress, my boyfriend prefers a soft mattress but this mattress does an amazing job of combining both. We have had this mattress for about a month and have been very happy with it. I tend to sleep hot and I haven't had any night of feeling overheated. We both are happy and truly enjoy this bed.

I travel a lot and there are tons of beds that I sleep on while on the road. First night I got this bed, it was rough. I thought it was just every other hotel bed I slept in. It felt like a regular firm mattress. Second night I slept like a log. I got support in all the areas I needed. First time in months I didn't wake up with neck and lower back pain. Try it out, you will like it!

Customer service was great when ordering, and ensuring that it came on time as we were adding a bed for a family event (moving our old mattress to the guest room, keeping new for ourselves). It came on time, but ended up smaller than expected. We later learned that there had been some manufacturing issues, but supposedly that has been fixed. We were promised that it would be replaced if we chose to stay with Purple. We decided to test it out to get a feel before having them send another mattress. At first we liked it. It sleeps very cool, which I appreciated, but the feel is completely different from anything else I've ever slept on. Over time my lower back started hurting, and got worse the longer I slept on it. We ended up going for a more traditional memory foam which has been much better for us. The return process was very easy, and the refund came with no issues. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service, but the mattress ended up not being right for me.

The mattress is very good and has helped my back immensely. My one criticism would be that it is cold. My husband and I both have a hard time getting warm when we go to bed initially requiring a blanket between us and the mattress. Once we get the bed warm, it's not a problem the rest of the night.

Your customer service has been amazing, but the mattress has been extremely uncomfortable for side sleeping, the mattress is soft to the touch, but it the squares tension strength gets rigid when turning on my side and doesnt sink as on the video demo, I have event tried "the purple sock dance" to soften the mattress, which hasnt worked. the result is neck and shoulder pain and sleepless nights. I was very optimistic about this mattress and was disappointed it didnt work out. I think it is better suited to back and stomach sleepers.

This is obviously a well made bed with a lot of thought put into it. It is not a miracle bed though where all your aches and pains will magically melt away. I think we have finally found the perfect solution though, we put an egg crate mattress over top and now it's as good as it gets.

We had been researching mattresses to replace our traditional pillow top and had not yet made a decision. After staying in an Air Bnb that had a purple mattress for several nights and really enjoying it we decided to buy one and see how the 100 day trial went. Happy to report within a week we knew it was the mattress for us. We just got the basic king size---no hybrid or premier--and are both sleeping more soundly and comfortably. We did get the sheets and the mattress cover based on the whole idea that 'stretchy' was important. Jury is out on that---don't mind the fitted sheet, but we went back to our Boll and Branch top sheet and pillow cases. Really don't care for the mattress cover. It is stretchy and fits well, but it also has a crinkly plastic sound. Trying to see if we can get used to that. But 5 stars for the comfort of the mattress itself.
