This is the best mattress I ever sleeper on. I have had very expensive mattresses that costed 3 times more then Purple mattress and doesn't feel like anything I have expereance. However I did receive the pillow but if I were to change one thing about the pillow I would say make the pillow more thicker so your neck can be more aligned and supported

Definitely the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Every night I literally look forward to getting into bed. It took me about two weeks to get used to it. It was more firm than I expected for a memory foam mattress but it truly has the perfect amount of firmness. I'm a stomach and side sleeper and its perfect for both. It's also super comfortable laying on my back. I would compare the unique feel of the mattress to almost like laying on wet sand in terms of it being firm and soft. It's the perfect mattress and a great value. I highly recommend it!

The package/plastic carrier that the Purple Mattress was delivered in arrived ripped open where the zipper is and looked like there was an attempt to tape it close. Opened the package up and there wasn't significant damage to the mattress but who knows what could have gotten into the mattress during delivery. No bed bugs/other bug sightings yet but I'll keep you updated. Otherwise it is a comfortable mattress!

Unwrapping the mattress, it didnt make sense the way it was rolled backwards which made it a lot more difficult to unroll and move on the bed. I was surprised and disappointed there weren't handles on the sides of the mattress. Sleeping on it has been quite comfy, although it my husband and I wake up hot and it retains heat more than we'd like. It's not as hot as our former Tempur-pedic mattress, but still we purchased it because we were sick of waking up hot on the part of our bodies touching the mattress. So, a little disappointed in that respect also. I will say, we love how the mattress feels and if we didn't feel it getting hot, we'd be thrilled. We've only had it for a week and wake up less, but still has hot spots where you've been laying on it. We hope it holds up and lasts many years without degrading. Our other mattress held up great, just was too hot & what prompted us to go with Purple. I strongly urge Purple to put sturdy handles on the mattress so it wont be such a nightmare to rotate or move. Also. a purple cover on the mattress would be cool too! Not necessary, but visually pleasing to go with the theme and would be covered anyway. BTW, we both sleep on our sides, backs and sometimes stomachs....lots of flipping positions in our sleep for both of us.

My husband and I have fallen in love with this mattress! We used to say "I can't wait to get home" now we say "I can't wait to get in the bed!" Seriously, this is the best purchase we have made in a very long time. We labored over the decision to buy, but I must say that we are very pleased. I was having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I used to wake up with lower back pain. Now I sleep soundly every night! and back pain....forget about it! Thank you for offering such a great product. I look forward to many nights of comfy, restful sleep! Purple ROCKS!

The mattress is wonderful. I havent woken up without stuff joints in at least 5 years. I'm never too hot and rolling around at night doesn't wake up my SO. It's amazing. Frame, however, has been a difficult disappointment. From the second I unboxed it I had issues. The holes for the bolts went lined up correctly during manufacturing so I'm pretty sure I voided my warranty on it just to get it together. Obviously manufacturing was rushed or something to deal with high demand because that should be something that's noticed. I get creaks when moving now and then, but that's probably from how I had to force it together. And I can feel the frame through the mattress when sitting or kneeling, but not when laying at least. I would have called to have the frame replaves, but I got it Friday night and customer service isnt open all weekend. I had no choice but to force it together and use it, I needed a bed to sleep on.

We originally bought a Serta Observer mattress and returned it twice for caving in after a week. An inch on my husband's side and half an inch on my side. It was miserable. I did a little research and found the purple had excellent reviews so we went for it. So glad we did because we are absolutely in love with this mattress :)

We had a 15 year old spring bed that we were more than ready to replace and were excited for the purple mattress. This mattress had a terrible smell for a few weeks but we did get better sleep for the first few months. However before a year we started waking up every few hours with extreme back pain. We have had the mattress for 2 years now we have tried mattress toppers, different bed frames, placing the mattress on the floor and everything in between. We have since moved to our now 17 year old spring bed and are getting better quality sleep. This mattress has caused my wife to go to the chiro multiple times a week and both of us lose sleep and feel soreness every morning.

I always been a fan of the commercial and really wanted to try purple our however my wife was worried about buying a mattress online without trying it. Luckily Mattress firm started carrying purple and I was first in line to try it out. My wife and I fell in love with it right away. We even went to a different store to try a Tempur-Pedic just to be sure we liked purple better and we did! Now I look forward to sleep and getting up in the morning doesn't feel like a chore.
