Totally do it again!! It was simple , no stores to go to and lay down and trying out the same mattress over and over again! I had low back pain and one week after sleeping on my purple mattress it was gone, no joke, wish I had found this product years ago!! So simple when it comes to your door, bring it in and unroll it and let it go!! Best sleep ever!

We tried the Nectar mattress but we still woke up with sore backs. The Purple mattress has been excellent though for both me and my wife. We look forward to coming home after traveling because of our bed. The 100 day trial is a very nice incentive too, so if you don't like it you can get refunded.

I saw reviews and collaterals that the purple mattress was soft and that it would let you sink. I purchased the purple mattress and the purple pillow online because of COVID. I was so excited when I ordered it because I have severe back and shoulder pains but when we finally got it, I was disappointed in how firm it is. I had more back and neck pains for more than a week. I'm a combination sleeper and because of how firm it is I can't even sleep on my side because my arms would hurt. I don't know if its because I'm petite and light that's why it feels so firm but whatever the reason is I wish I had tested this in person first. I wanted to return it but its just too much of a hassle to return. Now I'm stuck with an overpriced bed that I can't even enjoy. If you plan on buying this bed be sure to test it in person before buying.

Owning the purple mattress has not been as comfortable as I had hoped. The mattress has helped in the support of my lower back. But the side affect I am having is massive shoulder paint. My lower half is happy, my shoulders are screaming for a change. So with that in mind, this mattress is not coming thru with the claims of the best mattress on the planet. Thus my rating; it is a good mattress for lower back but it is painful on the shoulders. Maybe it will work for others, but not for me.

This is the firmest and softest mattress I've ever owned-- both at the same time, that's the trick of the brilliant design. I have the stretchy, smooth Purple bamboo sheets to let mattress conform to every nuanced pressure point of my body-- a must for the system to work properly. I realized that I'll spend one third of my life living in my bed and wearing my sheets-- so I took the leap into a Purple and I'm loving the landing!

Got a Purple - seemed OK at first. From their own ads - here are the answers to the questions - Are you waking up every morning with back, shoulder or neck pain? Every day. Do you wake up hot and sweaty? Only if it is hot and humid Do your arms and legs feel numb when you wake up? Every day. I use a sports watch with vibrating alarm. Some times my hands are so numb, I can't turn it off in the morning. Are you tossing and turning? Yep. Have to change positions (side to stomach to side) every hour or so. I'm a big guy (6'3", 290lbs) but within the weight "limit" of the bed as advertised. If you are big, I would not recommend this, or any similar type of bed.

I was a skeptic, but am now a believer. I am in my thirties, but unfortunately already have a lot of lower back pain after being on my feet all day. My old mattress didn't do anything to take that pain away, but my new Purple has! I don't know how they do it, but it works. I'm one happy customer!

I order my purple matress and throw out my old one the day before i was suppose to recieve my order. All to then find out that my shipment would be delayed another half week which left me sleepy on my living room couch. Then day of arrival comes and im forced to stay at home from 2-6 and the order gets to me late even with the four hour window. ( i know this is probally not your guys fault but it should be talked about) I Have my mattress now and thats all that matter to me. It feels great and has everything that's advertised i hope to give a follow up review with a five star rating soon.

Although new, I bought the original Purple foam mattress without coils, due to budget considerations . I am undecided as to keep it, return it, or swap for the new coil mattress. I feel that the foam mattress is slightly too firm for me, even though I weigh 225 pounds. It is also slightly warm,, as I awake slightly damp with sweat.

After only 2 weeks into my 100 night free trial my mattress was already sagging. You could clearly see two imprints on either side of my mattress like it had been slept on for years. I only weigh 140lbs and my husband weighs 220lbs. Yet both sides of the bed were equally sagging. When I tried to return the mattress I got hassled because I did not want to have them send me a replacement mattress. After all who wouldn't have serious doubts about a mattress that was beginning to break down after only 2 weeks. Then there's the finance company they use. They don't care about the 100 night free trial or that it didn't work out and you returned the mattress they still want their money right now. Why would I pay for a mattress that I wasn't keeping and was still under their 100% fund guaranteed. The finance company wouldn't stop harassing me until they got notice from Purple that I had returned the mattress, but Purple wouldn't send them the notice because they were dragging it out trying to get me to change my mind about getting yet anouther mattress.
