It took a few years of hesitancy (even though a buddy swore by it) and disappointment from 2 other mattress purchases before I finally tried Purple. I've had my Purple now for one month and I haven't had a bad night's sleep even once! Thirty days may seem short to be so positive, but I know a bad mattress after the 1st night; even in the first week it would be clear, so thirty nights of comfortable sleep on a new mattress is remarkable for me. I've been waiting for it to fall short, but it still hasn't. I thought it would start to sink on the sides because I sit there watching TV every night, but still it's holding it's shape. There's just no way around it, it's the perfect bed for me...and it even arrived a couple weeks earlier than I expected. Honestly, I don't recommend anything but food, but this is one I have to share. It really is a great bed!

Bed is fine. That's it. Sheets are stretchy and never stay with you. Really annoying. Mattress protector works but makes the bottom sheet drag with your body then snap back into place. Annoying. Bed frame is quiet. Pillows are awful. Wrong height. Tell you to put a towel/another pillow under your pillow. Seriously? Seat cushion is definitely a waste. Great until you sit on the edge. Look at your car seat or office chair. Notice how your seat cushion doesn't look anything like those? Nothing ships at the same time, so you'll sit there with pieces you can't use for a week at a time. Don't care about customer experience at all. Customer service personalized their service only to tell you that "we told you everything ships separately". They seem to be better when you call, but overall, this company understand things in pieces but not the whole. Like great individual products that work together poorly. Or great ads but poor customer service. Perhaps some day they will organize and evolve. Most companies don't. And for now, that's why I'll buy something else.

I used to sleep on a memory foam and would wake up with lower back pain. I bought the purple mattress on account that it helps with that. After sleeping with the purple mattress for a couple weeks now I no longer have back pain at all and my sleep is more deep now. We ordered a queen mattress and platform bed, and the original shipment was a mismatched queen mattress and king bed frame. Within a few days I had the correct frame and had shipped the other frame back, with a minimum of fuss. The bed itself is so easy to set up, and incredibly supportive of my lower back and comfortable in any sleeping position.

I have been sleeping on expensive mattresses for most of my life. Now, any time my wife and I are away from home for even a single night, we both mis our Purple mattress. I've decided to put them in every bedroom in my house. I can't recommend them enough!

I love this mattress. Let's be real; the whimsical ads sucked me in. Thereviews from other Purple owners convinced me to order the mattress. The first few nights were a little rough; I woke up stiff, like I had slept on something hard. By the end of the first week, once my back figured out what was happening, I was in love. Between degenerative disk disease and repeatedly slipping disks, my back is usually pretty cranky. I feel like a cliché, but before Purple, I would wake up more sore than when I went to bed. This mattress has changed the game and I am back to running now because my back feels rested after I sleep. I have a hard time imagining myself going back to a traditional mattress. The only thing I would change, given the choice, is how hard it is to move. Even getting sheets on it is a challenge because it has no handles and the flexibility of the mattress gives it a mind of its own. Luckily, I do not have to move it often. At the end of the day, there is no question, I would recommend this mattress.

I would like to give a more detailed review, and a higher rating, but my sample size is small. I think I've only had it for 2 weeks. But I can say that it was quite refreshing to sleep on a bed that didn't have a significant body impression in it and as a result, the back pain I was experiencing has diminished. I wake up feeling rested.i did toss and turn the first couple nights as I adjusted to the foreign feel of a new bed. My only complaint, and it's not really a mattress issue, it's that since the angle of my body has changed during sleeping, I've had to overhaul my pillow arrangemt. I had a pretty good kink in my neck for a few days til I sorted it out. But all in all, I'm pleased. I will say the buying experience was haste free and painless and everyone I spoke to was quite nice and not pushy at all.

Coming from a one year old spring mattress with sagging spots to a new purple mattress was the best change I could have made. My first morning I woke up in pain. I thought I made a terrible decision and had been fooled. My second morning I woke up pain free and rested for the first time in a while. Every morning since I have woken with duplicating results. I would highly recommend trying the purple mattress and becoming a fellow believer in the restoration that only a purple mattress can provide.

My husband and I had been in looking at mattresses. We heard about the purple, but we weren't sure about buying a mattress online. Finally after a terrible night of tossing and turning I purchased the purple. I figured that with such a good return policy I didn't really have anything to lose! It arrived sooner than we anticipated as the website said it wouldn't ship for a couple of weeks. It was so comfortable!! I had read reviews about how there might be an adjustment period of getting used to a new mattress. We lucked out and have slept so well since the first night! We both used to wake up with shoulder, back or hip pain. That has completely gone away since we have been sleeping on our purple!! Best purchase ever!!!

So far, we love the bed. My favorite thing is that there is basically zero extra heat coming from the bed. I've never had such a cool nights sleep. We are still adjusting though so we might toss and turn a little bit, but we're getting more and more used to having more proper support. Our last bed was so soft and sunken in. We slept on that for 12 years, so our bodies are learning. But I have recommended it to all my friends and family already.
