I purchased the premium mattress with all the bells and whistles. The first couple of nights were good. Now , a few weeks into sleeping on it, I'm finding that I wake up with lower back pain every morning. Sometimes in the middle of the night . I purchased the most expensive one because it said that it was best for larger sized side sleepers. Of which I am both. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it. This is the most money I have ever spent on a mattress!!

This was a great choice in a mattress. We watched many reviews and knows someone that got one as well. Still we were a little sleptical buying something we never got to test. We are glad we bought it. It sleeps great and have a hard time leaving it's comfort in the morning. It has also received back and shoulder pain from our old mattress.

This is the best bed I've ever had and the price point is so much better than the $5,000+ we were ready to settle for. There's support in the right places no pressure points, very little motion transference when rolling over, and just enough bounce to not hinder any other "moving". A couple of my friends are getting one and so is my sister. My sleep has drastically improved and my back pain has reduced significantly. I will never buy another mattress brand ever again

This is a great mattress! Within a few days, we were sleeping better and it's nice that we can't feel the movement (if one of us is a restless sleeper) unlike other mattresses. We tested out the different styles at a local furniture store first as we weren't sure which model to go with.

Outstanding customer service. The mattress is incredible. From day 1 this has been such a luxury added to our life. I cannot wait to get into bed. There is absolutely nothing like it. When we have friends visit I do include it as part out our home tour. Love these beds.

I was hesitating to purchase the purple mattress. So glad I did. I like a firmer mattress. People said they rated the firmness of purple 6 out of 10. They were right on. I wasn't sure this was enough firmness for me, but its literally perfect. its just the right amount of softness and firmness you need. The technology behind this mattress actually works (watch the awesome/funny videos). My back pain is legit gone every morning and its just so comfortable. Definitely going to buy the pillow down the road but I highly suggest giving the purple mattress a try. You will end up not returning it over the period of the 100 day test run.

My partner purchased this mattress and although it's comfortable enough for him. I wake up with back pain every single morning. Which is something that did not happen before and doesn't happen on nights when I sleep on a different mattress (in a hotel, for instance). It's been extremely frustrating because I was very trusting of Purple and thought for a while that I simply needed to "adjust" to the mattress. It hasn't worked. I found a chiropractor who, after attempting to problem solve with me by adding cushions in various places to no avail, finally recommended that I get a new mattress. I am a 5'7", 135lbs, 25-year-old. I shouldn't be experiencing this kind of back pain just due to a mattress. Very disappointing, Purple.

I received my purple mattress about a month ago. I loved the feeling of the mattress but the first two weeks were painful on my hips. I made it through another week and decided to place a topper on it. Perfect! I believe in Purple but I need additional cushioning for my hips and shoulders so I am desperately waiting for purple to put out their topper so I can place it on my mattress for 4 inches of their purple power cushioning. The ball is in your court Purple, please make your toppers soon so I can have an all- purple bed!

My wife and I love our new King size Purple Mattress, I sleep on my side and back and love it, it sleeps nice and cool. I had a cervical fusion done in 2010 and was up most nights with neck pain, with the Purple Mattress I can sleep at night without the pain. We liked the Purple Mattress so much we bought one for our daughter, and she loves it! We had tried another brand but the smell was too much to take, it would not air out, the purple had no odor to it.
