I do not like writing bad reviews, and I hesitated writing this one. Purple shipped me the wrong mattress. I had to contact the company, no rush was offered me. For the mistake, the agent did offer me a free mattress protector, only after I began to express my discomfort, because of this error from Purple. My mattress was then delivered to my neighbor's house (delivery company issue). The platform did not come with it, I contacted the company and the agent told me that the product was on back order. No one let me know that, I had to sleep with the mattress on the floor, as I had gotten rid of my other bed. Great product, customer service, not as great.

My wife and I bought the purple mattress because it was different than anything else on the market and we wanted a cool sleeping bed. It's firmer than our old foam mattress, but still comfortable. I sleep better on it than I did on the softer all-foam mattress. My wife sleeps much cooler now too.

I have had my bed for about three weeks now. I am sleeping very soundly on it and definitely will be keeping it. It just seems to support your entire body in a whole different way than a regular bed. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for many years and I wake up with no aches and pains with this bed. Amazing!

I thought that I liked a soft bed, but had periodic back pain. The mattress I was sleeping on was harder than I would have preferred (after I got married, due to my husband's preference). I woke up often at night and wasn't rested. We decided to try purple. My first couple of nights I wasn't sure what I thought. I wanted it to be softer, but then I realized that I wasn't waking up anymore in the middle of the night, I wasn't waking up in pain and I was walking up rested. I'll never go back.

I just want to say that love my purple bed. I have 4 now for the family. Sleep great!! Don't hesitate to purchase one, the customer service is awesome. If you have any issues, they will make it rite. Just for reference, I am a past Tempur-pedic owner...

Due to various circumstances, I have not had a real bed, other than a stack of foam pads on the floor. I got my Purple mattress a few weeks ago. I had no idea just how truly uncomfortable I have been all these years till I slept one night on my new mattress. I used to wake up with tingling arms, but I no longer have pressure points to annoy me. I have noticed that I am yawning a lot now. I really believe I have unlocked years worth of sleep deprivation and look forward to getting back in my bed each night. Best thing I can say is "I'm loving it".

I have been sleeping on my Purple mattress for about a month now. The bed I had before wasn't bad, or so I thought. Now I wake up with fewer kinks in the morning. And waking up feeling stiff seems to be gone altogether. Which is really nice. Heck there are even mornings when I can't even tell that I've been laying down. It's something a guy could get used to. The other thing that I have been pleasantly pleased with is how cool the bed is. I am an exceptionally hot sleeper. But this mattress seems to prevent me from sweating through the night. Of course the true test of this will come in the summer, but I have high hopes. One thing that isn't really a complaint, but kind of is, is how the mattress smells. When I first unpacked the mattress it was noticeable throughout my bedroom. And was quite distracting when laying upon it trying to go to sleep. But now after a month the smell throughout the room has dispersed, but when laying on the mattress it has not. Of course I'm used to it now. I just wish that I didn't have to be used to it. Overall I am happy with the mattress.

I bought the Purple mattress. It shipped quickly and in perfect condition. Turns out the mattress wasn't the best for me, but true to their word, they guarantee the product and will refund your money (after you donate or recycle the mattress). So even though it wasn't perfect mattress for me, this is a great company to deal with.

My wife and I purchased a standard KING Purple mattress in 2017 and we continue to tout it as the best mattress we have owned all of our lives. We decided to replace a QUEEN Casper mattress in another room with the 2020 standard Purple Mattress and are disappointed to find that the new standard is half as thick as the original design and acts more as an over-glorified pillow topper. Our original mattress sits on our bed frame with zero effort and is comfortable. The new standard mattress require you to have a box spring or you will feel the slats of the bed underneath you. To note: The new standard mattress has cooling technology which has been a small help and Purple continues to be more comfortable and gives a better body rest as compared to Casper, however, we are disappointed to spend the same price from our 2017 king for a 2020 queen mattress that is half as thick and not as reliable and am not willing to spend the extra (double the price) money for the hybrid with springs- we went to purple to be rid of springs.

With running the risk of sounding like a commercial, this mattress is fantastic! It craddles our pressure points and relieves the tension in our lower backs and necks. Oh! And the Purple sheets!! Oh my goodness! They are incredible! They don't snag on rough feet and some how keep cool throughout the night. We are now loyal Purple customers for life.
