We named our bed. No, I'm not joking. I've never been IN LOVE with my bed before. The pillows are incredibly weird but they're ALSO incredible. We're both chronic pain sufferers, so this was an important purchase. Thank you, Purple, for the best sleep I've had in years. Big Friendly Purple Jellyfish makes our mornings much less painful.

The wait is worth it! Looking for a new mattress since we were buying a new bedroom, and we were pointed to several online options. After reading so many reviews on "Purple" we chose that direction. Although the wait was a little painful (trying to coordinate arrival of furniture to coincide with mattress arrival) the end result was worth it. It took me a couple of nights to acclimate to the new position my body was in. My wife took longer, after a week she still hadn't adjusted, and was growing concerned. Then in the second week, her back seemed to make the transition and she was sold on Purple. I still "feels" different than all previous mattresses, but our bodies appreciate it so much! Since switching to Purple, both of us have MUCH more rest and our backs really appreciate the support.

The each side of the queen sized purple mattress is comfortable but there is a separate material straight down the center, top to bottom, that is uncomfortable. If you sleep in the center of your bed or try to sleep next to a partner this is a problem. If I had tried the mattress in a store I would not have purchased it.

We wanted to wait until we had our Purple mattress for 2-3 months before reviewing it. We bought jersey fit sheets for it, as suggested. We love it. My husband hasn't had any stiffness since getting the new bed. It is much easier on this side sleeper's hips. It is sooooo much cooler than our memory foam mattress, so no more sweating at night. My husband quit sleeping with a pillow after we bought our Purple mattress and was more comfortable that. BUT unfortunately I missed out on the 2 pillows with a bed purchase by about 8-12 hours or so (my husband was asleep and I couldn't discuss the purchase with him until the next morning, when the kickstarter had ended). So hopefully soon we'll have the extra cash for Purple pillows!! Love the purchase, and definitely was worth the money for the king size Purple bed!!!!!

We bought this mattress after looking at sleepnumber and other comparable beds. The price was appealing but not the primary reason for the purchase. The technology and videos were intriguing which prompted us to buy the mattress. Unfortunately it is not what we had hoped for relative to comfort and restful sleep. I would not buy the bed again.

I'm so happy about this mattress I don't even know where to start. The one unique comment that I will share is -on every other bed I would have to prop myself up on my elbows so my front lady parts wouldn't smash down. As soon as we set up the bed and I laid down, I didn't even realize I was on my stomach. There was zero pressure and I was completely relaxed. No more sleeping on my elbows! I am able to finally sleep on my stomach. All night. No shifting around trying to get comfortable anymore!

My husband is a huge snorer. With our old mattress, it was getting so bad I had to sleep on the couch with ear plugs to get any sleep. With Purple, the Snoring is barely there. MUCH more manageable. We're planning to get the pillows and bed stand next.

I would like to get the "Royal Purple Cushion" in the size of a California Queen. I mentioned it before, but it seems to me that there is no one either reading this message or wanting to answer the question. In other words: I already have the base of the mattress.

I was very excited to have purchased Purple and expectant to try it out. After 5 weeks of my order it finally arrived. I measure my sleep patterns with technology. Immediately I saw my sleeping scores drastically drop. I was averaging 87-90 and since I have Purple I've dropped to 73-76 daily. Mattress hurts my back. I'm a back sleeper and have sleep apnea. I'm returning when my 21 nights are done. I tried returning it before but Purple forces you to sleep on it for 21 days. Can't wait until the 21 days are done.

I bought the Purple Restore Premier, soft queen. I am a side sleeper, sometimes back, 115 lbs. I need something soft. This one was recommended to me. Side sleeping was good. Sitting on the bed (for reading or tv watching) was good. But, back sleeping was uncomfortable. I was also tossing and turning and did not sleep well. The mattress also sleeps warm. Odd for me to even mention that because I love being really warm! Unfortunately, I decided to return this mattress. For the price paid, I feel like I should get better sleep and feel like "Ahh" when I go to bed. I would like this bed a bit softer, less warm and to be 60x80 (as advertised. Mine was nowhere near that! I think it was almost 60X77. If it was a lot less money, I would keep it, but when a mattress is that much, you expect a certain comfort level.
