I have suffered from hip pain for over a decade and could never get a good nights sleep or wake up without pain. We bought this for our RV due to my back problems. It has been a great addition to our RV life. It's very comfortable and we have enjoyed it thoroughly! It's even comfortable while going down the road...I've gotten good rest while my husband drives. We are so glad we made this purchase.

I took a chance and I purchased everything all at once the mattress the mattress protector the sheets 2 pillows and the platform base and I have to say it's the best investment ever it's the most comfortable bed I ever slept on and the sheets are amazing. We had a mattress for probably more years than we should have. It was in pretty bad shape. We also had a lot of sleeping problems. We decided to purchase a Purple at the recommendation of a friend. It's amazing. I didn't know a mattress could be this comfy. Minimal movement transfer. Sleeps cool. And we're sleeping so much better!

Unfortunately I Spent so much money and so many years on other mattresses before getting a Purple!!! Purple is a truly amazing bed that has literally saved my lower back. I pride myself on keeping my own opinion, especially on things with a lot of hype. I also work in technology and know that advanced tech can revolutionize old products. After a couple of months on our Purple, I'm still very pleased with our purchase. It's hard not to find a comfortable position at night, sort of like what happens in the mornings with any mattress. I was surprised at how firm the mattress felt at first, but a few days made me realize it was parts of my back that don't usually bear any pressure that gave that illusion. I've had a lot of good vivid dreams lately, and I think it's due to the illusion of weightlessness from perfectly even pressure on my whole back/side/stomach.

I was hesitant to buy any real mattress after sleeping on a soft sided waterbed for years....but the old bed frame collapsed so I had no choice. BTW, don't like the look of waterbed furniture. So did my research and asked around. An awful lot of friends recommended the purple mattress. I knew I'd have to adjust for a while...guess what....nope...absolutely love it. I'd highly recommend buying a purple mattress.

Customer service was great when ordering, and ensuring that it came on time as we were adding a bed for a family event (moving our old mattress to the guest room, keeping new for ourselves). It came on time, but ended up smaller than expected. We later learned that there had been some manufacturing issues, but supposedly that has been fixed. We were promised that it would be replaced if we chose to stay with Purple. We decided to test it out to get a feel before having them send another mattress. At first we liked it. It sleeps very cool, which I appreciated, but the feel is completely different from anything else I've ever slept on. Over time my lower back started hurting, and got worse the longer I slept on it. We ended up going for a more traditional memory foam which has been much better for us. The return process was very easy, and the refund came with no issues. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service, but the mattress ended up not being right for me.

I have back trouble and its affects my sleep of course. The bed helped me a little so far. My wife on the other hand really enjoys it. She sleeps throughout the night now, sometimes without moving all night. It is firmer than the memory foam we had previously and took a couple of weeks for us to get used to it.
