This newer replacement mattress is nice but it's not as nice as my original mattress was during the first few years or so...unfortunately the mattress was showing a lot of wear so we used the warranty. That process was surprisingly quick! Overall I just don't have the same praises for purple as before, but I'm very pleased with their customer service.

I have always wanted to try a purple mattress, but between moving and other circumstances, I never got around to buying one. Finally, my wife and I bought one and have been happy since day one. The mattress is very comfortable, and is the perfect consistency of comfort and durability. I definitely recommend this product.

As a automotive technician I'm always on my feet everyday, doing some heavy lifting and I would have constant back pain going to sleep and waking up, and I'm only 28 years old, but when I purchased the mattress, I was surprised on how comfortable it was. Waking up in the first night, I felt so refreshed and no longer in pain like I used to, I really love my mattress and recommend this to everyone that may have a hard time sleeping and waking up, thank you purple mattress people, you've really changed the way I sleep

We ordered the king mattress and bed frame. It arrived in less than a week. Set up was not as easy as it appears in the video. I struggled slightly with the frame, I was worried for a minute that it was irregular, however, with a little extra effort I got it to fit together. The mattress was extremely heavy and is really a two person job to handle. My husband was home when it arrived and he created a rope system to pull it up the stairs to the second floor for me before he left for work. I took it out of the packaging and after quite a bit of a struggle, I got it on the frame. I really wanted to sleep on it that night and wanted it to be ready for my husband after he had to work a 16 hr shift. Let me tell you, I slept like a baby and when he got home from work he did too! There was no adjustment period for us as we had been sleeping on a high quality memory foam mattress prior. That mattress was a queen and was in need of a new foundation. While searching for a foundation I came across the Purple bed frame and in reading such rave reviews we decided at that time to upgrade to a king and get the mattress as well. It's only been 10 days, but, we are incredibly pleased with this bed. We are both side sleepers and again, we had no adjustment period. I wasn't able to sleep on my back recently due to a flare up of sciatica, however, on this mattress, no problem. Side sleeping, no problem. I'm incredibly comfortable. We would recommend this bed to everyone and are extremely satisfied with our purchase! THANK YOU PURPLE!!!!

I have wanted to buy this mattress for more than 2 years and I am so disappointed. My back hurt the first morning after waking up. By the second morning, my back, my sternum and ribs hurt so much I wanted to cry. I looked into returning it since you guys advertise "free returns" so much. Naturally, that's when I found out I have to keep this brick for 21 days before I can return it AND it looks like I'm responsible for return shipping. So I will have paid I don't know much, to be in unbearable pain for 21 days.  I do not recommend this mattress to anyone that isn't okay with sleeping on something with the firmness of the floor. Purple really should advertise how firm it is and that we are responsible for return shipping.....and that we have to wait 21 days.

Absolutly amazing. I have back and shoulder issues from my time in the military. My girl friend and I got a purple mattress as she needed a new one. It was amazing from the first night. I would wake up with oit an alarm and be ready for the day. I had to make sure I had a pulse a few times because waking up without any pain was a foreign concept to me. I was amzed that I didnt hurt in the mornings and instead of feeling like I had been hit by a truck in the mornings I felt refreshed and rested. Further more she suffers from Eckler's danlos syndrome. Its a miserable disorder the causes chronic pain yet she woke up with no to minimal pain everyday. This mattress provided Superior comfort and is cost-effective. Honestly I feel that it cost way less then it's worth. You will get more than your money's worth with this mattress.

My husband and I purchased a king size purple mattress as a house warming gift to ourselves. It was the best decision we ever made. My husband used to wake up with lower back pain, and now he practically jumps out of bed each morning, completely refreshed. I wish I had this mattress when I was pregnant a year ago. Since the birth of my son I have had alot of back pain as well as trouble falling/staying asleep. I don't have any of those issues any more. I can sleep in any position and wake up with my spine perfectly aligned. We are loyal customers for life!

We love our mattress so much! My husband and I woke up with back pain every morning until we got our Purple mattress. Now we NEVER wake up with back pain anymore. Because of how much we live it we have gotten my sister, both of our daughters and our son to get a mattress and now they are all lifelong Purple customers as well. Very highly recommended!

I have never purchased a bed before. I have always had hand me downs. This bed caught my eye with the egg test and never disappointed. Customer service was fantastic. Bed itself, firm but giving. Scale of 1-10 on firmness I give it a 6.5. The give is amazing. I'm a stomach sleeper and I am sleeping much cooler and have less awake moments. IN LOVE.

I highly recommend this bed!! I seriously had hip, neck, shoulder and back pain for years....I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Myasthenia Gravis. 2 autoimmune diseases that make you hurt. After the first night, decreased my pain by 98%!! No lie. Seriously the best purchase I've ever made. Less pain throughout the night makes for a much more restful sleep.
