This is my 2nd Purple Mattress, the first one was very uncomfortable and hurt my back. This one the replacement, is better. I often times feel there is a sink spot from where I lay, but over time it does reform back to it's original shape. I Found that if I rotate my mattress often ( every 6 months) it will wear evening and not become uncomfortable. Overall, I am liking this mattress and would purchase from Purple again. Thanks for a great night sleep.

Ever since I received the bed, my back and shoulder pain has subsided over a period of ten days. Before purple, I had constant pain and needed extra pillows to elevate my arms and legs. Now that I'm done with that, I feel so much happier waking up each morning! I don't even have to turn over constantly to reduce the stress on my joints. This bed is truly a life saver for me because without it, I would probably spend lots of money trying to find the best fit!

My wife and i decided to try the new purple.3 and i couldnt be happier. We purchased a really expensive mattress from the mattress store about 2 years ago and now i have terrible back pain amd would wake up about 3 to 4 times a night. Now i can finally sleep, we are extremely happy.. after a few days of sleeping on it i have no back pain. Wish i made the decision to buy a purple mattress sooner!

Set up was quick and efficient (and fun!). Mattress comfort took some time to adjust for us (sore backs and hips - but they were bunk body parts to begin with). Mattress has a "springy" feel to the top but also cradles and absorbs you at the same time. Feels nice. Without a mattress protector the feeling is bumpy akin to an egg crate but with lesser hills and valleys. Using a mattress protector or tight sheets this is not felt. But I wouldn't recommend tight sheets. Use jersey-style sheets or the sheets Purple sells. You'll want that stretch to get the full benefit of the mattress. Overall we love the mattress and look forward to replacing all of the beds in the house to Purple!

I've been having hip and shoulder pain the past year and woke up feeling worse and worse on our old pillow top mattress. How I'm feeling like this at the age of 28 I do not know..... Not to mention I woke up stuck to my partner from sinking into the middle and would have to crawl back to edge just to find myself in the middle again. We decided to make the change with purple and we are so thankful we did! I get so much more support on my side and no longer experience pain the morning after this first month. I'm no longer woke up from my partner coming to bed and stay put on my side. The mattress stays cool all night! I will say the more layers you add like the protective sheet and other sheets the less the top layer collapses where id like but still feel great the whole night. The sheets that came with the mattress are absolutely the way to go too. I've never felt sheets so soft and silky like theirs. So happy with our purchase and will not be searching for a better nights sleep again. Definitely replacing our guest bedroom mattress with the purple in the future.

My husband and I have been sleeping on a spring mattress for a while and we been Very uncomfortable with the mattress. We need a nice soft/firm mattress that would work for the both of us. We've seen a great commercial on the purple mattress. It really caught our attention so we went for it. The mattress is pretty heavy so make sure you have help when placing it on your bed frame. The mattress felt great. It was soft and comfy not too firm at all. We did not sink into the mattress which was great. We had foam mattress where that happened before. I loved the feel of the purple and it's support but unfortunately it did not work out for us. For some crazy reason we woke up with lower back pain. I would not discourage anyone from this mattress because it's a great a product and it might work better for others. And the return process was very smooth. They are easy going and friendly. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and families.

The Purple mattress was my last hope. I have chronic hip and back issues and for months after tossing and turning most nights I woke up to throbbing hip pain and whichever shoudler I had slept on ached terribly. Since having the Purple I have yet to wake up stiff or sore. NOT ONCE. My husband and I refer to it as "the magic of the Purple." I will never own another mattress again! We've told all our friends and family about how much it's helped us and will recommend it to anyone else who will listen. Thank you for solving my sleep issues!

We've only had our mattress for a month, but it's been great. We had a temperpedic for ten years, and didn't want to pay so much for a new one. Our old mattress took six weeks before we could sleep well through the night, but not this one. We slept the first night on the Purple with no problems.

The ultimate test of my Purple mattress is after having had surgery. I've needed to sleep and rest on my back for a week and a half now. Though I do get up and walk around, I have no trouble sleeping 10 straight hours on my back or resting/reading in my back all day using a wedge pillow I can remember how sore my hips, neck, back and shoulders felt the last time I was bedridden on my old mattress. Thank you Purple!!

I purchased a Purple twin mattress for myself and a Queen Nectar mattress for my parents. After sleeping on both I returned the Nectar and bought another Purple. There is no comparison on the difference in quality and feel of Purple. I am a believer now...
