So we bought a Purple mattress about 2.5 years ago and it was great for the first 2 years and I noticed a little sag in it while sleeping which was causing back pain. I called CS and they sent me an email with instructions on how to get it replaced under warranty. I followed the 5 easy steps and 1 week later my new replacement mattress showed up on my front porch. No haggling, no questions, they just stood behind their warranty and replaced my mattress for free! Had the best night sleep I have had in a while last night! Thanks Purple Mattress!!!

My biggest disappointment is that this bed is too cold. It gives me cramps and chills. By the time I am warmed up it is 2 hours later and then I am too warm from the very warm blanket I put on. My next big disappointment is that the bed is too soft. I thought the soft non egg breaking technology would be good for my side sleeping back. But it is so soft that the pressure relayed too my ribs makes them sore and the blood circulation becomes restricted. Proven by my arms falling asleep before I do. Too fix it I have to turn over very often. To be clear I am 40, but in descent shape at 5'9" and 160 lbs. Also my smaller wife is also feeling the same. Maybe heavier clients would more appreciate this design. My prior mattress was a very soft latex foam mattress and it was best ever for 3 years. Then the fatigued stiffness reduction in it was too much and it was getting like a hammock. The warrantee is a relaxed flatness and not a lost stiffness. So no warrantee help. So I was hopeful in the purple mattress to have less stiffness loss. And I know memory foam is too hot. So the polymer seamed interesting to me as a rubber engineer. I asked my materials engineer about the compound and their take was interesting. But the performance for this application turned out to not be optimal. And I really need to return this matress and get another foam one.

My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on this mattress for almost 3 weeks now, and neither of us have slept very well, even with stretchy sheets. When I first laid on the mattress, I thought it felt super comfortable, but once I actually slept on it, I tossed and turned most of the night. Additionally, I have woken up in the middle of the night several times because my pressure points that sunk into the mattress (shoulders, hips, heels) fell asleep...my heels falling asleep was the weirdest feeling ever. Although the comfort level has gotten a little better over time, it is still not comfortable enough for me to sleep soundly through the night. I will probably return the mattress after 30 days.

It's so thick and comfortable. The first thing I did was lay on my side. I wanted to make sure my hips didn't dig into the wood below the mattress. My other mattress was too thin. Purple is very comfortable and the harmony pillow is absolutely perfect. I never wake up hot even when I sleep with bigger blankets. My only problem now is I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings.

I am a side sleeper and my first few nights were great. Then those were followed by some mornings where I woke up with my back and neck hurting. I think that was my back getting adjusted back to where it should have been. I have had my mattress about a month and my neck and back feel great now.

It's a weird concept but, it works! Much more comfortable than our traditional mattress we purchased. less than a year ago, from a furniture store. Maybe next time we'll try the more customizable mattress but, the original is working just fine for us!

I love purple! I have the pillow, the mattress and seat cushion. I can feel my body saying thank you everytime I lay down or sit down! I only wish I found purple sooner! I highly, highly recommend purple in everyway! Heck I even love the name! PURPLE!!!!!

I am a side/ back sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper so it has been difficult to find a mattress that we both like. We both LOVE our Purple Mattress! And, I can't promise that this will happen for everyone, but my husband snores WAY less now, and when he does it's quieter/softer. It has to be the mattress because nothing else has changed recently! I already have trouble falling asleep, and his loud obnoxious snoring would always start right when I'm ready to finally fall asleep, but not anymore!

We bought our purple mattress December 2016. We like the mattress overall. It holds body heat, I was lead to believe it was to be cooler. We started noticing it was beginning to indent where we slept,causing it to be lower on each side and ending up higher in the middle. I spoke with Conner in warranty department. We have nothing but praise for purple. Your company is first class. We have never experienced warranty service that comes close to what purple has demonstrated. Absolutely couldn't have been any better. A replacement was sent out to us in less than a week, and two men were sent to our house to remove the old mattress. Thank you,thank you, thank you!

I wanted to give myself time to adjust and give this mattress a genuine chance and I can honestly say nearly 4 months later I am so unhappy with this purchase. My husband and I share this bed. We are 150/120 pounds. The edges of the mattress are high and firm while the center dips substantially down. We have to lay dead center on it otherwise our body is at an uncomfortable angle and with two grown adults you can imagine how uncomfortable that is on top of it. It doesn't help both of our backs either, it quite amplifies the pain. I was very hopeful with the positive reviews. I had high hopes for this mattress. We have some friends that have a Purple mattress and raved about it. Sadly I haven't had a good night sleep since before I got the mattress and I paid a lot of money for it. That's what's most upsetting, to have spent as much as I did to be as unhappy with the product as I am. I'm really disappointed I spent so much money to be as uncomfortable as I am and the process to return it seems like a huge pain, so I feel like I'm stuck with a bad mattress and out a lot of money. I know Purple mattress has been great for so many but it hasn't for us. I wish I could say I love the product and am so happy with it but I'm not and I can't. I'm sorry Purple team. I was hopeful and I tried.
