I honestly would give it 0 stars because it's so comfortable that I want to snooze my alarm every morning! This bed is a definite game changer. Buying online before trying is always a gamble but the purple mattress has exceeded our expectations so far. I hope it lasts over time. We bought the entire bundle with sheets, protector, and harmony pillows and I think it's worth it to have the entire set.

We have never slept better and now find it even harder to get out of bed! But seriously, less tossing and turning, no more being woken up by eachothers movement, and couldn't be happier. I just wish we hadn't waited so long to take the plunge to a new mattress!

I have a very bad back. I should get surgery but put it off. After about a week or so of adjusting to the bed I absolutely love it. I cannot sleep hot and this bed makes you feel cool, it's an odd sensation but I love it. Overall great bed wish I would've bought it earlier!

Do Not Upgrade to the new Purple series. My husband & I did the 100 day trial on the Original Purple. He really like it and I liked it too, but I wanted to LOVE it. Finally, as the days were running out on my trial period, I bit the bullet to return my Original Purple and buy the Purple 4 instead. Unfortunately there is NO trial period beyond the first mattress. I asked for even just 30 days and they said they couldn't. So I took a big risk, especially considering how expensive the new series is, and boy it Did Not Pay Off. I am waking up in agony on my new P4. I miss my Original Purple. It wasn't perfect but I wasn't crying; Yes I am crying now... looking at the next 10 years of my life sleeping on the P4. The gel layer is great, but 4 inches of it is way too squishy; not enough support. The coil base was supposed to be more supportive than the foam base AND the deeper gel grid was supposed to be less pressure on your joints when you side sleep. I have not found either to be true. The joint comfort/discomfort is the same, while back sleeping on the P4 is impossible. I really am devastated and implore all Original Purple owners to hold on to what you've got.

I am so pleased with my Purple Mattress Purchase. I purchased the mattress, mattress cover, two pillows, weighted blanket, sheet set, seat pad and back pad. And I am happy about each and every one of these purchases. I look forward to resting in the comfort I deserve. I work hard and deserve to rest and relax in the comfort that Purple provides..

Honestly couldn't be happier with how this makes my body feel after sleeping. It distributes pressure evenly whether I'm sleeping on my side or stomach when I sleep alone. When my girlfriend sleeps with me I usually sleep on my back and even with her added weight the bed does very well in ensuring evenly distributed pressure and I never wake up with a sore back. Very happy with the product so far

My husband and I just had our first baby this April. He's always commented on how we need a new mattress. This year his 30th birthday fell on his first Father's Day so we splurged and got a Purple. He LOVES it. Sleep is so important to new parents and he wakes up without pain finally!

I love my purple! I came from a very soft (and hot) mattress and love the support. The only issue I had was how long it took the company to ship once I ordered it (about 3 weeks). It is firmer than I thought it would be and I don't wake up being too warm, as it just sleeps "cool". Also, I used to roll into my husband, as he is double my weight, and now I don't even know if he is in the bed next to me! Love it and want another for my other bedroom.

This is my second time buying a purple mattress and its the best mattress I have ever slept on, bar none. My experience with getting the product delivered was much worse the second time around. It took Purple a week before they even passed my mattress off to Fed EX, and then it took another week to get to me (It looks like it was sent from UT to CA before it was sent to MA). It wouldn't have bothered my so much but Purple kept giving me estimated delivery dates that Fed EX blew past. If I had known they shipping had gotten so much worse I would have just went to a store to buy it. Take more accountability for shipping delays or set better expectations from the start.

I bought the original purple mattress in 2016 (maybe a trend setter, maybe just an eye for innovation). I would say it changed my life but that would be a bit dramatic... I'm a disabled marine vet with some pretty severe arthritis and degenerative joint disorders at the ripe age of 28. This bed allows me to not have to take medicine just to get through the night, i can sleep longer and sleep better than on any mattress or medicine. If you're looking for something to help you sleep better this is your answer, although I would avoid the original purple if you're a side sleeper, my arms go numb when they bottom out on the memory foam.
