We had been recommend this mattress for the zero pressure points and cooling aspects. While it's a great mattress, I don't find it actually alleviates pain from sleeping the way it advocates. I also still wake up very hot. We love it from a comfort standpoint - just wasn't what I totally expected.

I was skeptical at first when I first laid on it because I was of the mentality of "softer " matress is better. Now after having slept on it for 2 months I am going to get the purple mattress for all my future purchases. I fall asleep quickly every time! I used to get back pain on other mattresses but not on the purple mattress. I feel rested everytime. One odd detail is that on other mattresses I used to dream here and there on different nights. Every night I have slept on the purple mattress I have dreamt everynight. Its been fun thinking "surely tonight I wont dream ".....nope! Still dreaming everynight so far.

My Purple mattress is enjoyed both by myself and my boyfriend. It's both firm and supportive, but still soft enough that you're comfortable, just without the sinking feeling that accompanies most softer mattresses. I love my Purple mattress and I'd recommend it to anyone in the market looking for not just a mattress, but a better sleep!

Like many, I was skeptical about buying a mattress online. I prefer to see and touch products before I spend my money. However, I'm glad I took a chance. I've had my Purple mattress for 30 days now and I feel the difference. I'm much more rested, no morning backache and my snoring has stopped. I fall asleep and don't toss and turn all night. The cost of the Purple mattress may scare some people away, but with the 100 night trial it's a no lose proposition. This is, in my opinion, the best way to sleep.

Should have done this after first night. Occasionally I get in slug mode. I have multiple health problems. Biggest one is pain, so like the Bears I did not sleep good. Poor restorative sleep equals a VERY GROUCHY BEAR. I went back and forth about purchasing your mattress. Have to say I LOVED the way you presented your information. Funny but made perfect sense. Loved I had 100 nights to try it out and you would come get if it did not meet my needs. One concern for me as I am always cold so worried I would not be warm when sleeping. . Oh, not so! Never cold, never hot, ALWAYS JUST RIGHT. I needed only one night to make me into a happy bear. I am a walking advertisement for your wonderful product. 5 stars just not enough. I am very grateful for all you have put into your product and your funny way to present a real issue with trying to get a good nights sleep. So stars, let me think! My wife and I were looking for a new bed, I have a very bad back and toss and turn most nights never getting any restful sleep. I researched every bed possible, saw Purple on the internet and convinced my wife to give it a whirl. I thought she was gonna kill me when she saw how flat it was before I opened the package. My daughter wouldn't sleep on her old mattress as she was waking up with a "sore back". I reviewed various options online and chose purple based on reviews and return policy. The ten year old has been happily sleeping on her new mattress for a few weeks and it appears she is happy. The transaction, shipping etc were easy only issue is the mattresses are a bit heavy and difficult to maneuver once unpackaged. For a bunk bed I recommend putting it in place before unsealing, that's what I did otherwise it would have been difficult to put in place

We love it so far! My husband likes softer mattresses, and I like it on the firmer side, and the Original Purple Mattress works for both of us. It doesn't sink like foam mattresses (which was what I was looking for), but it's also soft enough to feel comfortable. My limbs don't get numb like they did from the foam mattress we used to have. My husband likes that it stays cool all night. It's definitely worth the investment!

I instantly was able to sleep better because I didn't get woken up every time my husband rolled over! It took me a couple of nights to adjust to the different type of support and to figure out to use a thinner pillow so my spine was lined up properly (I'm a stomach sleeper) - now I can't wait to crawl into bed every night because my purple mattress is so comfortable. We sprung for the sheets too - super soft and stretchy and worth it.
