I like that my purple mattress is firm but soft. It is keeping its shape for now. I paired my mattress with the plantation foundation. I ordered the mattress protector and their basic sheets to get the full long lasting experience. No complaints about my set, I hope it holds up for my husband and I because we both are in the 200+ club.

I dropped 3 points on the pain scale overnight. My quality of life has skyrocketed - I'm getting much better rest, sleeping less but better, my whole body is functioning better, it's wonderful! Also, the little squares are *super* stimmy, and feel great to my ASD senses.

As a former USA record holder in Women's Olympic Weightlifting now aged 50+, I used to rise each morning with aches and pains earned from my glory days. That morning experience slowly worsened over time despite buying the best memory foam and air-numbered mattress systems available. Then, 2-weeks ago, I received my Purple mattress. I think the purple mattress is well made and so far I like it but its only been two weeks.The platform is great and easy to assemble. I did not care for the sheets because i prefer cotton sheets. I did not like the mattress cover because it felt like a plastic shower curtain.

The mattress itself is amazing! I tend to alternate positions a lot when I sleep, but this mattress just conforms and supports everything needing support. I have pretty wide hips, so sleeping on my side normally leaves me with lower back pain, but not on this mattress. I never wake up sore or aching (except when rain is coming haha...arthritis life right?). My ONLY complaint may have more to do with the foundation than the mattress. I got the Purple metal platform frame to go with it, but the mattress slides on it. Not while I'm sleeping, but if I'm walking past and bump the mattress or if I sit down on the side of the bed, I often have to re-center the mattress which is kind of annoying. It would be nice if there was a mattress cover or something that would maybe snap onto the frame to hold it in place. Other than that, I love it and that one complaint is definitely not a reason to regret the purchase.

Had to replace the first mattress after only 7 months due to severe body indentationsand lack of support. Have had the replacement mattress for less than 4 weeks and it is deteriorating (body weights approximately 200 pounds and 110 pounds). Back problems are exacerbated. Refund should be given at this point or we will end up replacing the mattress every month for 10 years which is a waste.

I have arthritic lower back pain for a couple of years now. No matter which metal beds I have used or foam beds I would awake in the morning in pain. In fact the reason I would wake up was that I could no longer lie in bed bed caused so much pain. I had done to physical therapy and gained some relief but never 100%. The guarantee that PURPLE gave (100 night love it or return it) convinced me to give it a try. I bit the bullet and bot the mattress. Now here is the hard part for me to believe but the very first night my pain was diminished and buy the end of the first week I would not give up this bed. Im convinced the the no pressure points the bed exhibits is just what I need. I mentioned it to my regular doctor and he just so happen to be looking for a mattress also and had bot one and has thanked me when ever I visit him. My back problems have faded away and getting stronger sleeping longer and rested. I love my PURPLE. PS have had the bed for 2 months now. loving it.

Have been on my Purple mattress for a little over 3 weeks now. I have been tracking my sleep and feel more rested than on my previous mattress. I highly recommend any potential customers to really use the full 30 days before you really make a good determination on whether the mattress is right for you...I do sleep better and can recommend giving the Purple mattress a try. (PS I rarely give the top scores on anything...would have chosen a 4.5 if I could have.)

I was anxiously awaiting delivery and wasn't let down when it arrived. I came from an old (14 years...) top of the line mattress, way plush but it left me achy sometimes especially after a lot of back break work. The feel at first was maybe this is too firm and then after I awoke the next morning was quite pleased to find work was cancelled for the day leaving me to tuck back in and enjoy this new upgrade. This Mattress was purchased to replace a 10+ year old inner spring which had started to leave my husband and I both tossing and turning all night and then waking up with aches and pains. I did a lot of research on the variety of different options available and decided to give Purple a shot despite how non-traditional it felt to order a mattress online, site unseen! I have really only ever had Inner-springs, my husband has slept on traditional memory foam before but hated it because it sleeps too hot and it sinks you into is so deeply that moving and getting out can be challenging. Delivery was prompt and painless. We got it set up and slept on it for a month before deciding that ultimately it was not a fit for us. Surprisingly we found that a 5-6 hour sleep duration was the limit before the pains were noticeable.(who only wants 5 ours of sleep a night!?) A full 8 hours meant waking up with terrible low back pain that no amount of stretching and walking-it-off seemed to remedy. My husband is a flat sleeper(belly and back) and I am a side-sleeper- and while we did find that this mattress fixed the neck/shoulder pains we had in our old mattress, the constant back pain was really intolerable. My husband and I both prefer a firm mattress and neither of us felt that this provided enough support for our large frames. One of the main selling points of the purchase for us was the refund policy(nothing to lose!)- in the end, while we are disappointed that the mattress did not work for us, we have only good things to say about the refund process. The refund department was quick to respond to my request and of the options they gave us we decided to donate the mattress locally to a women's organization. I had confirmation of my donation and refund within 24 hours of sending in the donation info(they verify it with the receiving party) and our full refund was processed by the bank within a few days. It was quite painless to take the appropriate steps to get our refund, and it felt good to donate it to a local charity who can make far better use of it than we could.
